I’ve been going to Steven and Mimi for a few years. Since they were in the Perris location. Once they moved out to Lake Elsinore my sisters and I followed them. Now, I do believe I’m a really picky person when it comes to my nails. However every time I walk out of here I walk out happy with the job Steven does! I will definitely continue coming here!

The best customer service I’ve ever received at a nail salon. Every time it’s an automatic «hello how can I help you». Great eyebrows. My pedi last time wasn’t the best. (I got a glittery gel. I’m guessing the color just wasn’t bright/​thick enough bc it didn’t show up very well & many coats had to be layered on.) however, I have no complaints on my full set. I actually got a lot of compliments on my nails.

I made a appointment and still sat waiting forever and then the man asked if I wanted to come back in 30min. I told him that I had a appointment and was 10min early and he said that they are to busy to keep my appointment.

I love this Nailshop!!! And I have been going with Mimi and Steven for years. I will drive the extra mile to have my nails and my eyebrows done. I don’t mind!!! I really recommend them!!!

This salon is under new ownership and the new owner is AWESOME!!! I got a deluxe mani and pedi with gel manicure. It was $ 52 and worth every penny. The pedicure was the best out of both though. I believe the lady I had was named Linda. She was really nice as well as the lady who did my manicure. Every employee made you feel like they were happy to have you there. The owner spoke with me as I paid to leave. He really wants the best for his customers and wants to make sure they’re happy. They take cards and allow you to leave the tip on the card as well without a fee. I’m really glad this place is under new ownership.

I just moved to this area, I went there once wasnt very happy and then noticed they were under new mangement so I went back. I couldn’t be more pleased. The new management and employees are so friendly and make you feel so welcome :)

I have been getting my nails done for over 10 years. I started noticing my previous place start to slip up on cleaning, heard some bad rumors about fungus and roaches, and decided to give this place a try based on a recommendation.
Right when I walked in, I was warmly greeted. My sister and I both got our nails done by Steven who was fabulous. I was so happy with the job that he did the first time that I went back and had a fill and a pedicure done. He didn’t disappoint.
He works very fast and efficiently but not rushed. He knows what he is doing. He even noticed what a poor job the previous person had done on my nails and make it his duty to fix them. I am so grateful to have found this place!
And to put a cherry on top… another person walked in while I was in the middle of getting my nails done and I thought for sure I was going to have to wait. Wrong! He respectfully told me that I was a paying customer and he would complete my service and make sure I am Happy Before taking anyone else one. He asked her if she could wait or come back. This means so much considering I am used to going to a place Where they pause in the middle of your service to wax someone’s eyebrows. I couldn’t be happier.
Very affordable! This will be my home nail salon!
Please don’t let the previous reviews frighten you… it is under new ownership. If you want to be Happy and finally walk out of a salon without having to critique your nails or toes, ask for Steven! You will thank me!

This place is very clean, I give them that. Really friendly staff, but I really hated how they did my nails! They where so ugly I wanted to cry. I know what your thinking really that bad that I wanted to cry, well yes I paid 75 dollars for a full set and pedicure and the job was not what I expected. Mimi did my nails and they just were not consistent one side of nails looked good and the other side look like a kid colored them. I was so upset because I live an hour away from this place and had to drive back down to get them fixed

First time pretty standard prices. The lady that did mine was nice. Over all I’m am bummed that I paid for the high end pedicure and didn’t get a longer massage:/ won’t be coming back.

Okay every time I come in it’s just two ladies they get a lot of foot traffic and I think so they won’t lose the business she tells everyone 10 – 15 mins when in reality it’s much longer. The last time she rush through my acrylic nails and told me to come back and she would fix them. My daughters like going for their little panda chair but we waited too long and ended up leaving. She needs to get more help in there. Especially with all the business she gets I would think she would.

I came here one time and it was extremely busy, but fortunately I got in before the rush; there were only two girls and about six people waiting. I Thought that the lady who did my fill did a good job so I made an appointment with her for two weeks. I saw that they opened at 9:30 so I asked for THAT time but she told me to come at 10 instead; ok no biggie. I Got a babysitter for my son that day and proceeded to the nail shop. I got there a little before 10 and the shop was closed. I gave her the benefit of the doubt, maybe there was traffic or an accident on her way to work. I waited until 1030 and still no one showed! I left pissed! Here I made an appointment, got a babysitter for my son, their hours say from 930 to 7 and it’s 1030 and no one’s there! She called me at 11 and left a message that she «forgot» and she was «sorry» and that maybe I can come back. No thanks!

I used to come here all the time, but I think ownership has changed. It’s awful now. I came in today, Monday, for a pedicure and waited for an hour. Yes, an hour! Horrible customer service. Only 2 people working.

Okay, so when I got my full set she was really rude about it. There was only 2 people working there. She also was coughing all over the place and spitting in the sink. When I asked for a 3D bow she put it on and it hurt really bad. Now all my nails hurt. Wouldn’t recommend!
