Friendly staff and GREAT veterinarians. When your pet (dog) remembers their vet and wags their tail and tries to kiss him and most of all isn’t scared to death you know he’s the right one.

I love taking my animals there. Every doctor and tech I have met were really understanding about my financial situation, and helpful, answering any question I had. They really do care about my animals.

They took wonderful care of my dog whom had a dentil issue arise. He was well taken care of during surgery all the way through recovery and post op!

Clean but the staff seem to all have a sense of superiority and entitlement. One male staff member was rude during the time we were putting our first family dog down and when I asked him why he was being short he informed me he wasn’t and I didn’t know what I was talking about. Most of the female staff members do not like it when it is pointed out that they dropped the ball on something. When a staff member makes a mistake and causes problems for the pet’s health (specialized food ordering) and the family, it would be nice to have a civil conversation and apology, not a defensive and snotty remark with a blank stare. Perhaps some soft skills training and a reminder that there are plenty of other places to take pets is in order.

Compassionate… «REALISTIC» knowledgeable, ethical and very professional are words I use to accurately describe my experience with LE Animal Hospital. We had the traumatic expereince to find out our exotic short hair kitten (that we only had for 2 months) had FIP, a fatal disease that takes your baby usually in about a month or less. The shock of a visit to the vet that ends with the realization your family cat will be gone in weeks left us numb and deeply depressed. We started at a vet a few miles away. They recommended immediate hospitalization with the cat staying at least two nights, IV’s for hydration and a bunch of tests. An estimate sheet was handed to us as we sat in shock. $ 750 on the low end and just under $ 1000 on the higher end (my guess was this was just the start). We took our beloved pet after paying the office visit fee for a second opinion after calling a friend who recommended LE Animal Hosp.
We did not have an appointment (they were booked solid) but they said to wait and Dr. Carillo came to see us after 45 minutes. She spent about 20 minutes really going over things in a kind way, she said that because of several symptoms (and a sonogram that showed a fluid build up of a certain color that caused stomach bloating) that he had a 95% chance of having FIP. We could pay hundreds of dollars more for more tests and other things like steroids but definitely not a cure. It was plain to see it would not change the inevitable. We were not told to leave the cat overnight at a hospital that I think has no staff after 7pm anyways.
We paid about about $ 300 and walked out with some antibiotics. There was a small chance this would knock back the infection and stop the fever and if it did we would smile at the heavens for the miracle. We felt we wanted our kitten with us at home, especially now knowing he would be gone soon.
Dr. Carillo said it like it was, and we were able to do what we were comfortable with knowing we were doing all we could but without spending more than a thousand dollars on a cat we had for two months. Great service and a realistic solution to something so difficult. 5 STARS and worth it across the board. THANK YOU Dr Carillo!

Ive brought my dogs here since we moved to Elsinore, they have always been super great with our dogs and with us. I brought 1 dog here to euthanize. It was a horrible moment for me and they made it as easy as possible and gave me time to say goodbye without rushing me. Her passing was quick and painless for her. My other dogs always come for shots, ear check ups and every other medical concern and the drs have always been efficient and thorough.

I’ve brought my male and female pit-​bull for spay and neuter and had no complications. Dr Carrillo and the other vet were GREAT with my dogs and didn’t judge me for having the breed that I have. Their staff is awesome and I’ve never had an issue with wait times or fees.

I have been here twice and everytime they are running behind. I have seen one veterinarian and he was nice but I shouldn’t have to wait 30 mins past my appointment when I checked in early. I’m not the only person who has had this problem either. The dog trainer I know even said they are always running behind. Definitely not coming back here.

I have a great experience with this medical group. The best part of my satisfaction is waiting time. Always less than 10 minutes.

My doctor was Dr. Vemulapalli, he very very good doctor. He care a lot about his patients.

Dr. Carillo is so awesome. She treats my dogs so loving and gentle. She talks to them soothingly and helps calm them. Having 2 old shihtzu is a challenge. I love them as if they are my children. She puts together a treatment plan and helps to prioritize what needs to be done now and what can wait for later. This helps so I can plan my dogs treatments out. They are a bit pricey, but I am okay with that as long as my dogs get fair and good quality care. They follow up to see how the dogs are doing after the visit. They can get busy eapecially on Saturday. I do have to wait a little longer but I understand that. When I have had to come during the week I have been able to get in and out quickly.
I recommend this vet hospital.

Lake Elsinore Animal Hospital is a very fine place to care and cure your animals. Staff is efficient and courtesy.
Doctor Smith is just perfect. Highly trained and professional. We were very worried about our German Shepherd when we came in but after Doctor Smith examined him we left very happy.
Prices was very, very fair. Sure glad we found this place.

Wonderful service and outstanding care is given here. I have been brining all our beagles here and sincerely feel they are in the best capable hands. Wish we could give more stars:)

I absolutely love this veterinary office they have brought me in the same day for emergency visits. The dr. And staff are always so nice and help in anyway they can… not only did they help my cat today they helped my dog from a bee sting in the past. Thank You Dr. And all staff for your part… Stan Lee and Binx Thank You… my husband kids and myself are happy to know our animals are well tooken care of when a emergency occurs… prices are very reasonable and like i said they work with you in any way they can…

I LOVE DR CARRILLO! she gets down on the floor with my westie while examining her. She is very considerate of my wallet and prices are much lower than the previous vet I went to. Good job LEAH!

Dr. Carillo is amazing!!! She made me feel like my dog could have been hers. The level of concern she had and her desire to treat my dog most effectively and efficiently without breaking the bank really wowed me. I already loved this place but Dr. Carillo just made me love it more! thank you!!!

Been bringing our pets here since they opened. Staff is always great. The costs are also much more reasonable than the other guys in the area.
Shots clinics are also available so you don’t have to stand outside in long lines in the heat when you need the shots for your animals.
Highly recommend you utilize this facility for your pets medical needs.

Staff is friendly and great with our animals. They always take a conservative approach with your pocketbook. I have been to several veterinary clinics for a wide range of issues and I find this is the most affordable and the care is excellent. I would and have recommended this clinic.
