It is our goal to assist our customers in dealing with the 3 ring circus that is the California DMV. We have over 20 years of experience, and promise to do everything in our power to make the process as painless as possible.

In most cases your transaction is completed here on site just like going to the DMV.

We also now offer full insurance services.

Established in 2005.

Our business was started by an ex DMV employee that retired after 25 years of experience. It is now family owned by Bryan and Donna who have been dealing with the DMV process since 1992.

Showed up at 10 am. Not open. Waited 20 min. Still not open. Several people now waiting. Went across the street to take care of other business. 10:30…still not open. Went back at 10:45, first person (only person there before me) still waiting. One person on phone /​one person towards back not helping anyone /​lobby packed. Waited another 5 min. and after seeing no one else being taken care of, I walked out. By the way… office is run down & not inviting, nor did anyone acknowledge me or the guy who walked in behind me. Business across the street said they tend to open when they feel like it. Went around the corner to another such business & was taken care of immediately, pleasantly & in a real office. Won’t be back!

I have used these guys 3 – 4 times, they are always very helpful and always nice. I would never go back to the DMV with them in town! And they are open until 6PM!!!

This was my first experience using a DMV service and let me say, I will never go to the DMV again! Donna helped me and was friendly and professional throughout. The office is clean and the location is easy to find. When they say In & Out, they mean it! My vehicle was registered, received new plates, and I was out the door in 20 minutes tops.
Great experience. Can’t say enough about this place. Give them a try and spare yourself the DMV nightmare.

I have been going here for years. Brian is awesome and very knowledgable especially for the weird things that might pop up when you buy a car from a person that doesn’t give you the story, and he does his best to try and make it as painless as possible.
This place is fast and ohh so convenient !!!

Been taking our hot rods to Brian for many years now… In & Out Vehicle Registration is hands down the only place I would take a vehicle to have it registered, very reasonable fees, quick accurate service a very knowledgable when something complicated happens…

Incredibly valuable service. You can avoid the attitude, snottiness and stench of the DMV and use the service provided by In & Out. Don’t tell them, but this service is worth twice the price!
