Carl’s Jr Restaurant

Drove through two nights ago. Had two big signs for mix n match burgers $ 5.55. Been utilizing this offer for a while. Drove up and ordered 2 Turkey burgers. Server says sorry the promotion ended yesterday. WTF. I said there are TWO huge signs out front that promo is still on. She says. Ya, sign needs to be changed because the turkey burger is no longer on the promotion. I ask her since sign is still up if she can honor. She goes and checks with manager and comes back that manager said they can’t honor it. WEAK! That’s great customer service Ina time when fast food burger joints are losing business! Tell that manager to get off his lazy ass and take down the sign.

I asked for an order of fried zucchini and a small diet coke. The server who looked in charge grumbled, «That’s all your having? No hamburger today?» He seemed angry. I thought of getting ketchup with it then he threw a ranch packet on my mini-​table. I thought, «Oh yeah, that’s even better than ketchup.» That night i had terrible food poison all night long. My gut was bloated and pushing up on my diaphragm causing me lung pain. I got the chills on and off. I worried and looked up the symptoms. Food poison came up. It had been extremely hot lately too. Poor refrigeration attentiveness for products containing dairy, mayo, creamy dressings. You can believe I won’t go here again. Ouch!

Bathrooms are disgusting, soap dispenser is falling off the wall, no soap. Doesn’t look like the place has been cleans. I think the health department needs to check this place out.

I’d go zero stars but it won’t let me… worst food ever. if you like that rap song blow it out your ass this place is for you. I’d rather eat dinner with the hills have eyes cast than eat this garbage… I hate carl and Carl jr… they suck ass…

Always good fresh food, breakfast and lunch are delicious. Always enjoy a famous star or a six dollar burger, mmm. The breakfast biscuits are amazing as well.

If I could give this store a minus star, I would give it a –5. I have never been in a store where the employee’s are so rude. I visit this store every morning however, I will no longer come here! The employee’s AND managers are extremely rude. I have heard back handed insults from the manager about customer’s in the drive through! If can avoid this store, I would advise you to do so. Horrible service and horrible attitude’s!

This was meant to be a quck jaunt off the freeway for a pit stop and a bite to eat while traveling the 15. Our first choice was packed and we didn’t want to be delayed in our travels, so we opted for CJ’s. Typically consistant, this visit was a little disappointing. We walked in and placed our order in quick fashion. It was downhill from there. There were only two of us, and we both ordered Western Bacon Cheesburger combos with regular french fries. No special requests and no substitutions. It seemed to take forever and there was no one waiting ahead of us. The fries were decent, but the burger was tuff and chewy. The flavor fell well short of what I’ve come to expect from the Western Bacon Cheeseburger. If you are in a hurry, or just looking for a quick in and out while traveling the 15, I would avoid this exit. We encountered lots of traffic and there are other places to choose from both to the north and south. I wouldn’t be opposed to giving them another shot, but it just wouldn’t be feasible for me, unless of course I was in town to take in a Storm game.

First time here and I have to say the breakfast biscuit sandwiches here by far are my favorite! The biscuit was sooo fresh and crisp. The sandwich wasn’t skimped like all the other Carl’s jr. I’ve been too. Ordered fries too and it was good I forgot to tell them no salt, was a bit too salty. But the crispness made up for it.

Carl’s Jr restaurant is one of my favorite places to by a burger. This place usually gets my burger right every time.

I have to agree with the last review. I was there a few weeks ago. I used the drive thru and they got my order worng. The manager lady seems a little immature to be running this place. She was unprofessional and a bit rude for their mistake. I mean just get my order right or fix it. They are slow in the drive thru every time I go here. I would request management get replace this rude obnoxious manager and get some one that respects Customers!

Only gave this such a high rating since it was our first meal back from camping and music festival. Ate mostly crackers and ramen noodles so anything compared was awesome!

They were very nice and my tacos were very yummy!

# 4 with a medium dr pepper please. They always try to upsell you on a Medium meal and not just the medium dr pepper like I ordered. Need to always check the bill to make sure you are charged for just the medium drink and the regular fries.

I ordered a #2 and it came out quick and the girl at the window was nice.

My food was fast and fresh and the order was right.
