At last!!! A real customer-​oriented plumbing company. I knew there had to be one out there somewhere. PPP!!! Polite-​Prompt-​Professional. Their technicians DO NOT work on commission so you get realistic pricing. Daniels Air fixed my plumbing problem for less than half of other estimates. I haven’t used them for A/​C work yet but I certainly will when the need arises.

Their response was great with same day service. The service tech did a nice job diagnosing the issue with my ac unit. The service tech was also very nice and explained everything.
The quoted price to replace a simple thermostat was 3x-​4x the DIY price. I replaced it myself in 15 minutes.
I really struggle to find decent pricing with AC contractors. Seems like they all look for people with zero mechanical intellegance and then try to rip off the consumer. This is my third one, same results.

We were so pleased with the service provided by Robert with Daniels Air Inc. Robert was prompt, courteous and very knowledgable. Our AC went out over the weekend and we first called an HVAC company that we heard an ad for on the radio. I won’t name the company but the technician that came out on Sunday advised of thousands of dollars in repairs needed and that likely a full system replacement would be needed. This conclusion was drawn after a 20 minute inspection. We decided to contact another company to inspect on Monday before moving forward with the large scope of repairs or replacement. Daniels came out and had our system up and running within an hour along with a clear explanation of the issue. The cost was reasonable & very fair we felt. Our system did not require a full replacement at this time. Daniels has not only earned our trust with their knowledgeable & honest technician but also our loyalty. Thank you!

Daniels A/​C has been doing our service work and I must say there on time and do a great job for us at Grapevine Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. This is a family owned business and they take pride in there work. Everyone is so nice when you call there.

I called Daniels Air to get a quote to repace two secondary condinsation pans. The individual called ahead and was pleasent when he arrived. After looking at the pans (5 minutes) and reviewing some information from an inspectors report he verbally gave me an estimate for $ 600. I indicated at that price I would need to get an additional estimate. He then prepared an invoice for $ 79 which was never discussed with me when requesting the estimate. If there is a service charge for an estimate then I expect to be given that information at the onset of the conversation. I have no respect for companys that pull this type of activity! Beware!!!

Signed up with Daniels Air for twice yearly maintenance in Spring 2014. A/​C developed a leak over the weekend. Called Daniels and scheduled an appt. Guy shows and is in attic for maybe 15 minutes. Comes down and tells me that it will be $ 1,036 to repair. Asked for a better price — just said this is what our list prices say. I said no thanks and he said that will be $ 79.00. WORST service encounter that I’ve had in a long time!

These guys did a great job when installing my new Trane heating and AC unit. Quick and professional service at a great price.
Their follow up service has been tremendous and I have since used the plumbing services and was greatly satisfied. I would highly recommend them!

What a pleasure doing business with them. The techs who installed my water heater were on time, professional and courteous. My communication with Daniels Air on both phone and email we handled the same. My warranty was sent within 30 minutes of my request. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone and will be calling them again should I need other services they provide. Don’t bother calling anyone else!
