I cannot put into words how great Larry was! Our car broke down on our move out of Florida, and our roadside assistance called Ozzies. Not only did we get a professional tow, but Larry went above and beyond. He took care of our dogs, to keep then safe and comfy during the tow. He stayed with us while the mechanic checked our van, and when we learned he couldn’t fix it that night, he found us a hotel and helped get us settled. He made a horribly stressful situation a bit better.
