History

Established in 2005.

Hope’s Harvest Natural Foods and Deli opened August 31, 2005 and moved to a new and current location in June of 2008. We have continually emphasized locally produced veggies, meats, eggs and hand crafted items as well as fair trade organic coffees and crafts. We offer an arty, feel good atmosphere and are dedicated to educating the community about local foods and fair trade concepts as well as nutritionally dense and potent ingredients that contribute to a total wellness portfolio!

Susan has been an active member in the coop and whole foods community for nearly three decades… born and raised in Rochester, MN, she is grateful to be living the dream and doing what passionately moves her. Wellness Coaching through Mayo is the next certification she is attaining and is currently President of the Lake City Chamber of Commerce.
