Established in 1984.
Randal Owen has been the owner/broker for with Owen & Associates Realtors for the past 26 years. Whether you need us for residential, commercial, buying, selling or our property management services, we are a full service real estate office, taking care of all of your real estate needs!
Our property management currently manages approximately 300 single family homes in the Lake Charles and surrounding areas. We have a software program that allows us to set up each unit to a certain property/owner and give a full detail report on the activity at each location and each unit. It is in an easy to understand form and shows a summary of all income and expenses then goes into detail for each unit.
For all of our property management needs we have an electrician, air conditioning, heating, plumber, painting and carpenter crew for both large and small jobs. We also have a lawn maintenance crew to keep the grounds neatly cut and edged.

Hello, my name is Suzanne Fong. I have been in the real estate business for about 25 years. I have been exclusively associated with Owen & Associates Realtors during my real estate career.
I love helping people buy & sell single family homes and income producing properties. Our office handles residential, commercial and investment properties. Our Property Management Services are «second to none». I sell property in Lake Charles, Sulphur, Westlake, Moss Bluff and Iowa. We are a member of the Southwest Louisiana Association of Realtors and the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Being a member of MLS enables us to have up to the minute access to information for You! We work hard, so you don’t have to.
