My initial procedure went off without a hitch.
My follow up appoint was unreal having «phone tagging» each other 10 plus times just to confirm.
My follow up was the worst DR/​patient experience I have ever had in my life though. I thought you guys were supposed to care about the patient? This was an epic display of a «Hypocrite» not Hippocratic.
I will never put my life in the hands of this group again.

I saw Dr. Spangler and he was great. He spent so much time with me asking me many questions about my condition. He had even read over all pages & pages of my old medical records and old lab results in preparation for my appointment.
Most other doctors I have seen only talk with me for 3 minutes before trying to get out & move onto the next patient. Dr. Spangler actually spent the time with me getting all the info about my problem.

I have been going to Dr. Coy for about 3 years. He really listens when I tell him about my stomach issues, and has been great at helping me get pain to go away. I’m mainly writing this review to say how wonderful his office staff is! I recently had a little hiccup with them, as they denied one of my refills at the pharmacy because they said I missed an appointment– when I didn’t miss an appointment. They handled it with such empathy, and apologized for their mistake! Rarely has this been the case for me– dr offices never apologize! They called me back and were just so nice about it. I give 4 out of 5 stars, only because of Dr. Coy’s hours at this location. He only has early morning hours, no weekend, and no evening. The office has a GREAT magazine selection for the waiting area!
