Pat and Stacey Pattison are the owners of Lake Arrowhead Nursery since 2007, after learning the beloved business was closing its doors. Pat has been a licensed contractor since 1979 and has lived in our mountain community since 1962.

We are mountain locals, so we have an understanding of this climate and environment, and we stand behind our services. We are a family owned and operated business with high morals and ethics. We are dedicated to creating beautiful and functional outdoor spaces. «We’ll give you our honest expert opinion about your gardening or landscape project.»

We received great service fro these folks, on the day they came to plant our trees the wrong trees were brought to our house. When they arrived with the correct trees they planted them wrong.
The owner Pat called us and made things right and told us more good news, he guarantees the trees for 1 year. After spending nearly $ 800 for 3 trees and the planting of them it was a pleasant surprise to hear about the guarantee.
They are going to fix the problem, that is why I give them 5 stars, the customer service was the best, we are all entitled to make a mistake. The point is, they are going to correct the issue at no cost to me.
I love this place, they have everything you would ever need to make your place in the mountains simply look the best. And the owner, he is top notch.
Thank you to Lake Arrowhead Nursery for making things right. WE are definitely customers who will be back on a regular basis. my worry is maybe back on a too frequent basis!

after having been very disappointed in another local nursery for not honoring their promisses someone recommended this place as i needed more trees, i am very pleased with their service Alison was great and everything they promissed they delivered.

This nursery does not stand behind their trees & plants. I was promised by the owner he would warranty a tree and repeated calls to get them to replace this diseased tree have been to no avail! Stay far way from this nursery. Émingers in big bear offers a much better selection and better prices.

They don’t need the business although the have lovely stock. Staff of 2: one was impaired and the other couldn’t be bothered to answer questions. I was ready to drop $ 300 to finally outfit our home with spring flowers and plants. So much for shopping locally! Chain stores here I come.
