My husband and I had a great experience here. Owner was friendly. We used a computer to download pics off of our Go Pro and emailed them to ourselves. We spent about an hour here and our total was $ 8 for the computer time. There are 3 computers available for public use.

Do NOT do business here if you can help it. The woman (I presume to be the owner) is ridiculously unreasonable. I’ve seen multiple blowout arguments with her and customers and I couldn’t help but wonder why? She always seems so nice. However I soon learned that she can be completely intolerant to reason. I rent a mailbox from her and one day I needed to pick up a package. She leaves a little purple paper in the mailbox as notice that the package arrived. However if you forget or otherwise lose the purple paper she won’t give you your mail. I’ve been a customer for 3 years and she knows exactly who I am but she will not budge. No purple paper, no mail. So here I am paying her to receive my mail but she won’t give me it because I could not produce a stupid piece of paper that she printed from her computer. It makes ZERO sense! It’s my mail, my property, she has no right to keep it. Yet she remained defiant for absolutely no reason other than that is ‘her policy’. Her explanation was that I could claim she never gave me the package. But why would I do that? I just want my mail like any ordinary person who rents a mailbox. I offered to sign that I acknowledged the pick up, to provide ID, anything she needed, but the answer was always NO! She told me to go home and look for the paper. I had no choice but to verbally confront her and that’s when I realized I had become irate like the other customers I witnessed previously. Customers be warned! She can be sweet but also ridiculously stubborn.

Do not go to this place! Owners are unfriendly and everything is marked up about 200%. Go to the star markets right around the corner instead.

$ 150 to pack and mail a 12lb item and have it get there 10 days later. No way.
