Specialties
We specialize in fresh meals made with fresh ingredients daily. Our most popular meal is the fresh jumbo scallops and shrimp combo with garlic or kim chee fried rice. Steak, chicken, shrimp, scallop, and fresh fish round out our menu. Everything is cooked fresh in front you while you watch your dinner being prepared. Freshness is our specialty
History
Established in 2014.
We started in the Da Rose Mall parking lot under a pop up tent October 1st 2014 and there after made our way to the prime location of the same property April 1st 2015 where we made up grades to our stand where we are as of now.
Meet the Manager
Casey S.
Manager
Born and raised on Maui graduated Lahainaluna School in 1994. Then went to Western Culinary Institute in Portland Oregon where I got my cooking degree. In 1996 returned to Maui and interned at Roy’s Nicolina’s in Kahana. From there I went to the Seahouse Restaurant at Napili Kai beach Hotel. In 1999 went to the Sheaton Maui where I then learned how to cook teppanyaki.
