We offer a wide range of custom framing moulding from all major manufactures with choice corner samples to visualize and design your frame. Before we frame your art, choose from canvas stretching, conservation mounting materials to preserve your art, shrink wrapping for quick marketing, packaging/​shipping and art restoration and cleaning. Our services also include pick-​up/​delivery and on-​site installation, convenient for seasonal property owners. Have you acquired new art and have a frame that doesn’t fit? History

Established in 1995.

Metropolitan Fine Art & Framing was refocused from the former Metropolitan Art Gallery in Front Street, Lahaina, Maui and Metropolitan Art Gallery in Yokohama, Japan. We have relocated two blocks above the tourist hub of Front street Lahaina and are conveniently located with easy access from our spacious parking area. Rare pieces and authorized prints are displayed for sale in our design studio. Framing of art has become our central focus with a wide variety of services. Our clients have had many master hands take great care of their art over the years and have maintained the highest level in quality and attention to detail.

Business Owner

Art has always been a major influence in my life and has allowed me to perceive things differently. I was raised in a family of artists that had very humble beginnings that centered on entrepreneurial achievements that lead to the freedom to create. This is where my love for art began, at the height of my Grandparent’s artistic endeavors. I was surrounded by their creations and had great admiration for their ability to create. Nearly my entire childhood was under the influence of their artisan lifestyle, until I was of age to pursue my own course centered on nature’s designs, the ocean depths and it’s motions. Now after 25 years of isolation from the art industry, I have rekindled my passion for art. Thus, for the past 10 years, It has been a tortoise’s race in the framing of art. My love for innovation and design continue to further my pursuit to create my own envisions.
