Ray is «the best man!» He came to the rescue as we were leaving for our wedding only to find out that the rings were inadvertently locked in the safe with the wrong code! Mahalo Ray for getting me to the beach on time!

This guy was my hero last night! I work in Lahaina area and live in Haiku, my key broke as i was unlocking my door! I’m new to Maui and don’t have friends in Lahaina area yet so I was stranded in the rain without help. Glenn zoomed over within 10 minutes, made me a new key in 2 minutes flat and off I went :-) Best customer service, can’t rave enough about it!

I needed new entry hardware put on my front door. I stopped in at Island Lock & Safe office in Lahaina and showed them a picture of the existing hardware. They had exactly what my door needed in stock. Set up a schedule for installation. Showed up when they said they would. Professional custom installation. Works as expected. Only negative is it was expensive. Recommended.

I just got a key for my moped and got overcharge!! he didn’t tell me how much he charge until I picked it and charge me to much, no friendly at all even when I tried, I wish we have more options in Maui I don’t recommend this place at all!!!

Had a great experience with this company. Glenn was a life saver! Had an issue with my key not going into the ignition of my car and he came right to my residence to fix it in great time and service. He took the time to explain to me what exactly had happened and offered great advice for any possible future issues. Great company that offers great service!!! Solid!!! Mahalo!

Saved my vacation. pulled the stupid tourist trick of locking the rental keys in the trunk on the last day of vacation and no amount of tugging, pleading or allout cursing was gonna get the damn keys out. Something about the particular car was made like friggin fort knox in the particular year and model we chose. It was just a fun as it sounds. URGH! So anyways, island lock was recommended and they were much cheaper than the car rental’s insurance and the guy was really cool and busted out the keys in no time. would definitely recommend!

Some of the contractors my family has tried to work with over the years in Maui have been on «island time.» Island Lock and Key is not– they are responsive, have great service, and I would use them again any time (even at home in San Francisco.) William came the day we called even though we had not set up a time just to see if we were available. When we weren’t there, they called back and came right away when we called them! I only wish they had a San Francisco branch…
