I can’t remember the last time someone SOLD me a pair of shoes. The woman who owns this store did exactly that. I wasn’t sure how I felt about the Birkenstock trend but we stopped in here to get my friend some flip flops. I tried them on just to see and now I can’t take them off! It also helps that the staff was super knowledgable and friendly and helped me find the exact size. Thanks!

the women running this location threw me out of her store as soon as i walked into it. I saw her at baby beach. i asked her husband and his drunken friends to stop throwing and breaking their beer and liquor bottles on the beach where ppl walk. they immediately became aggressive and my husband and i just left shortly after we picked up their garbage. as soon as my husband and i walked into the store she threw a chaotic hissy fit yelling and threatening me and then threatened to call the police. ive never been treated this way walking into any place. especially for picking up someones garbage. and had i known it was this womens store would not of thought twice about going inside. i have been wearing Birkenstock my whole life. ive notified birkenstock offices. if i were them i wouldnt want someone like this running a store nonetheless representing my company. needless to say i ordered a wonderful pair online. lay off the meth lady.

Visited this outlet store while on vacation in Maui. The customer service was great. The selection of Birkenstocks was decent, but not as great as I expected. Location is easy to get to. I would definitely go back.

People were very helpful in the store — the shoes so good on my feet that I went from thinking I needed a doctor, to no more pain and I love these shoes! Owner was very helpful and seemed to know immediately what was needed before being asked. Highly recommended. I’m writing this a year after getting my shoes and I’m about to go in for more.

This is a great little store with a really nice selection of Birkenstocks.
Mary was very helpful and even had 2 sandals sent over from another location because they didn’t have my size available at this location. The sandals arrived the next day and Mary left a message at my hotel for me to let me know.
