Baron & Leeds

My fiancé and I came here on a whim while in Maui for our friends wedding. We had just completed a hike when we walked into the store with me sporting my Casio, so definitely not looking our best. I was apprehensive at first about going in because anywhere else we probably would’ve been snubbed for how we looked, but we walked in anyways.
We were greeted by Tony who was friendly and offered to show us whatever watch we wanted to see in the case. I had done a lot of research on the Submariner and loved the simplicity and understated luxury of the piece. Tony took the watch out and immediately placed it on my wrist and allowed me to have some time to look and take it in. I wasn’t ready to commit to the purchase so I thanked Tony and after he gave us his card, we left.
A few days pass and we are back at Whalers Village and again couldn’t resist the draw of the watch and went back in. Tony, not missing a beat, immediately went and pulled the Sub out as I approached the counter. Again, I wore it for a few minutes while we discussed more in depth about Rolex and the watches provenance. We were offered champagne while there however after the glass was done, I still wasn’t ready to make the purchase so we left.
On our third visit, Tony wasn’t in the store but we were greeted by his coworker and ushered in to try on the sub again. This time I was ready to make the purchase and wanted to make sure Tony would be able to receive credit for the sale. We were assured Tony would be the one to receive credit as well as see the transaction through in terms of packing and shipping (we wanted it mailed back home due to severe lack of luggage space). We made the purchase and I had it measured and sized before we left, after another glass of champagne we were on our way.
Fast forward a few days, the package arrived in perfect condition with the watch resized and ready to go. Thank you Tony, and your team, for being patient with us and making our trip just a bit more special!

I am reposting this from two years ago to the correct store. I incorrectly posted to the wailea store 2 years ago. I did not notice this until I went to look up the sale people names as we are leaving for maui tomorrow for my wife’s birthday again.
The last experience was beyond phenomenal !!!

If i could give zero stars i would. After shopping we decided to ask a few questions. The service was like this– (I was judged by my tank top, age, and tattoos.) Very Unprofessional. I will wait till I return to SF to buy a 30k watch. Honestly after the way the young blonde woman represented Rolex and this company that distributes them, who obviously is just in sales so I know she’s broke, (judged me) smh… I will take my business to Audemars Piguet instead. They know the importance and influence of a young up and coming business entrepreneur. This place obviously is not aware how our trip alone cost one of these silly watches. I have a 36 mm but had interest in a 41 mm. Not any more.

If you want a Rolex, this is the place that has a great choice. Very nice store in a great location in Whaler’s Village.
I was in the market for a Rolex recently and had negotiated a good price with another Rolex dealer on the mainland. I wanted to see if the dealers on Maui had a better choice since there are a lot of well heeled people that come here for vacations. As it turns out there is only one Rolex dealer on Maui, with two locations.
Walked into Baron and Leeds in Whalers village and Amber was quick to greet and help us. I must say that the choice of Rolex watches they had was pretty significant. I actually had gone in to look at a very specific model and ended up buying a model that was not on my mind. Amber was extremely helpful, polite, patient and tried to get us the best possible deal she could get. My wife even scored some nice Italian made jewelry and the package was shipped directly to my office overnight. The boxes were nicely packaged and everything Amber said would be in the box, was there.
This is a classy place and we spent a significant amount of time in their store. We were always treated well and felt welcome.
I would highly recommend this store for Rolexes or for nice jewelry and be sure and ask for Amber!

I had been thinking about buying a Rolex for some time and while on vacation in Maui with my fiancée and our friends (9÷9−9÷14), we decided to stop into Baron & Leeds to checkout the GMT and Submariner. Dean helped me out and was really patient and knowledgeable about all the models. While we were there browsing, chatting, and drinking champagne, they were nice enough to polish up our friend’s gold Rolex President Day/​Date, making the experience very relaxing.
I didn’t buy the GMT or the Sub that night, and Dean wasn’t pushy in trying to get a sale done. He was really laid back and humorous throughout the whole process. We left that night, and I told him that we would be on the island over the next 4 days and that we’ll see if we can figure something out before we left for LA. He stayed in contact with me over the next couple days and on the last day I came in to finalize the purchase and I couldn’t be any happier.
They overnighted the Rolex GMT to my residence (see pic), had no issues with either the transaction or the shipping, and I’m a very satisfied customer. This was my first Rolex purchase and it certainly won’t be my last. I look forward to working with Dean and Baron/​Leeds in the future! Thanks!

We were walking in Whaler’s village after a dinner in one of their restaurants when I spotted Baron & Leeds. I walked in and looked around on their pretty amazing selections of Rolex watches. After talking to Alberto, who was very pleasant and accommodating, I decided I wanted to have one of my own but my husband is not ready to buy just yet since we just started our vacation and we have a week to spend in hawaii. The next night, I emailed the manager via Unilocal regarding financing. I received a quick response the next day. On our last day in Maui, I went to Baron & Leeds, bought my date just Rolex and received the watch a day after my arrival in California. The experience was amazing, Alberto (manager) was awesome, and the staff were very nice and great. I love my new Rolex watch and I would recommend this store for anyone who wants a good experience on customer service.

Revision of the prior very favorable review. We had an unsatisfactory Rolex watch purchase experience this year. Falls into the category of a «bait and switch». We aren’t going into the details. We kept the watch delivered to us in CA (not the one we purchased). We are done buying from Baron & Leeds.

Really impressed with the customer service at the Baron and Leeds in Maui (Whalers Village, Lahaina). My wife and I just went in to «look» I’ve been wanting a Rolex forever but, it’s never been the right time financially. The customer service and info provided by Barbara Powers was second to none. She was very positive, attentive, helpful, and informative even on her Day off texting me answers to some of the questions I had about the watch itself and financing. I never felt pressured and at the same time she never made me feel like I wasn’t a serious customer. It was the phenomenal customer service that turned us from just «lookers“on a Saturday to «Buyers» on Monday when Barbara was back to wrk. And now Im a proud owner of the new Rolex Explorer II 42 mm black face. Looking forward to another vacation in the future back to Maui and maybe adding to my collection. Thank you Barbara.

Wasn’t planning on purchasing a rolex datejust 2, but walked into this incredible shop and was enthralled by the wonderful collection of Rolex watches on display. Dean was incredibly helpful and informative, which eventually led to myself purchasing the Datejust 2 two tone with (gold and silver) green roman numerals. I recommend this 5 Star Service to anyone!

I’m on vacation and hanging in Whalers Village with Wifee and kiddiwinkies and I spot a real store. Well real in my view.
Wifee is checking Louis Vuitton, boys are in the ice cream store and I naturally drift towards B & L. One of the salesmen immediately spots my timepiece and conversation starts and I am reeled into the store like the Marlin in «The Old Man and the Sea.»
Very experienced and professional staff show me all of the latest product and even have a small selection of pre-​owned watches. There are some beauties, nothing too rare but the usual range of the ever superb Rolex brand.
Wifee shows up, they immediately get her trying on the latest and greatest while they give her watch a little sparkle in the cleaning machine. They’re good.
They tell me they never negotiate, which may or may not be true, and I take a deep breath and leave, wallet intact.
It is a super store and next time I go I will to a little research prior and maybe pick up the next part of my collection. I like the staff whose courteous attitude, combined with great knowledge should convince you that this is the place for a high end watch buyer/​collector to dust off the CC.

Worth the trip-​I waited all my life to buy a Rolex and then I into Baron &Leeds in Lahina. Linda, Jill, & Alberto were professional but friendly. They were interested in making this purchase a pleasant experience which it was. Love the 31m size and the beautiful face. This store and the associates are the best!

I had visited this location a few times on our trip last week, since it was very close to our hotel. I have written a separate review for my buying experience on the Kihei location, however due to the fact that the watch was delivered to me in this location, I felt that I should write a separate review.
The staff here was super friendly and nice. My fiancé and I had walked in here in our beach wear the very first time. In our own words, we looked bummy. However, the sales person was very attentive and showed us all the watches that we wanted to see. We did not see anything that we liked in the show case that night. It was not till a few days later when I found the SS Daytona in their Kihei location that brought me back to this location again. Barbara (the store manager) was nice enough to bring the watch from Kihei to Lahaina, about 45 minutes car ride. I have to say this again, this was the best jewelry buying experience that I have had. Of course, it would not have been possible without the attentive and caring nature of Baron & Leeds staff.

Stopped in to the store at Wailea and dealt with Mr Pang and staff.
Excellent service and able to purchase a necklace and earring set for my wife on our 44^th anniversary. Also, has an excellent selection of Rolex watches. If nearby should stop in.

I visited the Whalers Village location in Lahaina on vacation and I found the staff to be top notch. I dealt with Eric and Linda who both provided me with top shelf service. They have a very extensive selection of Rolex watches, Panerai, Jaeger-​Lecoultre and several other watch brands on hand. If you are into or looking for a particular Rolex, this is your store. An entire side of this location is dedicated to that marquee.
Eric was more than willing to show me any piece (the Rolex Platinum President and the new Day Date II in all gold 41 mm are awesome!) and Linda was very helpful with any questions my girlfriend had. I ended up buying a Roberto Coin Cento piece for my girlfriend for Christmas and they were more than happy to gift wrap it and ship it back stateside for safe delivery.
If you are looking to buy a new watch or any new jewelry pieces you should try Baron & Leeds first, especially this Lahaina location, Eric and Linda are the best!
