Our installation company, Vinyl Fence America, is the number one vinyl installation company in all of Orange County. The knowledge we have attained over the 22 years that we have been in the vinyl industry is second to no one.

History

Established in 1989.

Eddie Dossey installed his first vinyl fence in 1989. Mr. Dossey immediately realized the immense opportunity of a rust proof, termite proof, dry rot proof, zero maintenance material in Southern California and he started PVC Fence America. Back then people referred to vinyl as plastic fence, or PVC.

Over the next several years, PVC Fence America grew from a small yard just off the I-5 in Laguna Niguel, to a small warehouse, and then in 1999 Mr. Dossey expanded to a 6,500 square foot warehouse in Corona, CA. It was also in 1999 that, with the growing popularity in the vinyl window market, consumers began to refer to PVC as vinyl and thus PVC Fence America became Vinyl Fence America in 1999.

Vinyl Fence America is our custom design and installation company. The company is headed by Eddie Dossey, a licensed California Fence Contractor with over 21 years experience working with vinyl material. Having designed and engineered the first 100% Vinyl patio cover system in the United States, Dossey is a pioneer in the vinyl industry. Dossey was also the first person to weld vinyl gates, as evidenced by our Westlake Village installation done nearly 15 years ago.

A vinyl fence is installed much like a wood or wrought iron fence. However, most companies carry «fence-in-a-box» programs which are pre-cut and pre-routed components. «Fence-in-a-box» companies are restricted in their design and application of the vinyl fence because everything is already precut. It is like trying to put a square peg in a round hole.

Good long-term relationship. Had installation of full yard fence in 2010 and have needed fix of damage from fallen tree then later an adjustment of alignment shift from settling (we chose the adjustable fittings originally, fortunately). Sent Eddie a text message when we needed his help and he has always come through, promptly. The vinyl fence still looks good, too! Glad we chose VinylMart Depot… and Eddie.

Who knew that beautiful new gates and an arbor could bring such joy?! Eddie, the owner of Vinyl Fence America (Vinyl Mart Depot;

Tried to set up a meeting twice at the showroom and both times were unsuccessful. Never heard back the first time and when I finally was able to reschedule the second time the showroom was closed and nobody was there. Can not comment on their products or workmanship but very disappointed by the lack of professionalism.

Oh my goodness! My two neighbors and I just had Eddie’s company, Vinyl Fence America, aka VinylMart Depot replace our rotten, termite-infested wooden fences around the perimeter of our houses with beautiful white vinyl fencing! AMAZING! It was a bit pricey, but worth every penny! We got several estimates and saw the work of several fence companies, but Vinyl Fence America’s work looked the best and after speaking to other neighbors who had used them in the past and were so happy with their fences, we chose Eddie’s company! The guys who put in the fence were GREAT! They worked incredibly hard, and did a beautiful job. They went above and beyond in doing everything I asked and more. Their clean up was PERFECT! The fence looks so beautiful and the posts have rebar and concrete in them and the fence is sooo strong and sturdy. I will never have to replace that fence as long as I live here… no more termites! Yay! I put this off for a long time because of the expense, but now I wish I had done this a long time ago… My backyard feels so private now and my dogs are no longer «escaping» into my neighbors’ yards!!! Very happy with the end result. We took 3 quotes for our backyard fencing and front gates for our home in Irvine. Although quotes were some what in similar pricing, we went with Eddie because he followed up and was more flexible to our needs. He also has good variety of options for front gates. We were little picky on the look of front gates and Eddie delivered exactly the way we wanted. Highly recommend him.

This is the only Vinyl Fence Company I would Ever Recommend to any one. Eddie is a super nice guy to work with, I have used him 4 times now and each time I am always amazed at the quality of their work and the niceness of the guys that do the work. This last time I just needed a gate to help with my mom who has dementia. We needed to block off the front Courtyard area and Eddie and his crew did a Fantastic job. The guys were good and went the extra mile to do Fantastic detail work to make the gate look So Good — I was floored to see the job they did. When they first put it up I thought it looked Ok but the guy installing it took it down and work extra hours to do Fine Tuning DETAIL WORK to make sure the gate Fit EXACT and no gaps or anything. They always have you come out and expect the work and make sure you are satisfied before taking off. Like I said, 4 jobs they have done for me and each one was FANTASTIC. I’d HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone that need a GOOD QUALITY FENCE where you know the job will be done RIGHT.

Our HOA needed to have several wood fences and toppers replaced. Even though we are in the South Bay/Beach Cities, Eddie was happy to drive up, measure and give us what turned out to be the best of several quotes we obtained. The project began and finished on time. Eddie’s crew was fantastic! They worked long days, and even at the end of the day, they were still laughing and in a great mood. They were neat and professional, and cleaned up everything every single day (they were on site for 6 days). Communication with Eddie was easy, and he made sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Don’t be afraid to shop outside your general area for vinyl fencing. Vinyl Mart Depot is the best!

We met Eddie when we were looking to redo our entire backyard, and he is by far the best guy I have ever worked with. We ran around to all of the vinyl fence and patio cover companies in Orange County, but they all rubbed us the wrong way. Vinyl Mart Depot installed a custom vinyl fence and gate in 2002. The privacy strip needed to be replaced. 12 years later Eddie installed a new privacy strip and adjusted the gate at no charge. The fence and gate function perfectly and still looks new. Quality products, combined with knowledgeable, professional, honest and excellent customer service. We had a wonderful experience with Eddie from VinylMart Depot. Eddie came to our house and prepared an estimate to replace our existing redwood side yard fences with wood grain vinyl fences. He was very professional and courteous. The price was reasonable. We liked his method of installation, which included cement and re bar in every post. The installation crew of two men were professional, courteous and fast. Clean up was excellent. The wood grain vinyl fence is beautiful and sturdy. Several months after installation we noticed that one rail was separating a little from the post. We called Eddie and he came right out and fixed the rail. We appreciate the great service, quality work, and professionalism that VinylMart Depot has provided for us.

My wooden gates were getting rotted so I decided to look into vinyl. Vinyl seemed a good choice for me because of the easy maintenance and they can look pretty good.
I emailed Eddie with some questions and he had me measure my existing gates and email him. Eddie got back to me with an estimate for a basic vinyl gate and said I should come in to talk details.
We went to the showroom to meet up with him and honestly, it isn’t that great of a showroom. Basically it’s 2 small rooms with some samples, but I really didn’t judge his experience by that. The warehouse in the back was WAY bigger than his office/showroom.
He showed us some pictures of past work and my wife picked a different type of gate. It was a more complicated design so the estimate went up a little more, but that was okay.
He was very busy at the time so about a week later he emailed me the proposed contract. It was 50% down and 50% at the end of the job. He had a two week backlog and let me know that during our email communication.
A week and a half later he called and let me know that the installation crew would be by the next day to install the gates. When the guys arrived, they were polite and friendly. They finished the job very quick and cleaned up after themselves.
Our gates are AWESOME. They’re VERY sturdy and the supports don’t have any give. I could not be happier with our gates. I would highly recommend Vinyl Mart Depot to any of my friends that are interested in getting vinyl gates or fences. We are very satisfied with the end result.

I have recently had to do a lot of renovation to a rental property. I had a difficult time finding a company who wanted my job because it was only five new gates. I found Vinylmart online and called Eddy who happily went out and measured for the five gates. He then invited me to his shop in Laguna Hills to choose the style I would like. In conversation Eddy said that only three of the gates really needed to be replaced. I was so surprised and so impressed that he would be so honest. When other companies thought my job was too small when it was five gates, he had no problem recommending i only replace three. I was so impressed with his honesty and integrity. The only difficulty I had was choosing the style gates I wanted. He has a wonderful selection of beautiful products. The installation was completed on time, with no disruption to my tenants which was very important and the results were beautiful!
