Jeanine Case and team were absolutely wonderful to us. The entire team was so kind and helpful. Jeanine was very patient with us in our search. In this market of placing several offers before getting a home, she helped us work with the lender to have everything needed before it was needed so we were always ahead of the game and ready to go. Often she would draft our offers late at night and with a cheerful attitude. On top of that my wife felt so comfortable with her because of her caring and knowledgable personality. There was never that moment where you feel your realtor let you down and it really felt as if we were all equally in it together. The rest of the team was always there if she were unavailable and all were exceptionally courteous and professional. My wife and I will use Jeanine for every real estate transaction in the future and we cannot say enough good things about this team.

Worst agent we ever had. Doesn’t keep any promises. Once the contract is signed, she couldn’t care less about you and you never hear from her. All she wants is her commission. I would not recommend her to anyone.
