BY FAR THE WORST ATTORNEY I HAVE EVER HIRED.
I hired JEFFERY N STIVERS to help me gain custody of my 4month old daughter.
I DIRECTLY asked Jeff if he could «MEDIATE» an agreement between me and the mother, so that we could keep it out of the costly and time consuming court system and create a mature fair agreement, he said that yes he could.
he then proceeded to contact the mother by phone and talk down to her, insult her and generally just piss her off.
He also suggested that i request ‘FULL CUSTODY’ even though i only wanted 25% custody.
He suggested this as a «SLAP IN THE FACE» to the mother so it would sound more serious thus pissing her off more and ensuring that the mother would hire a lawyer of her own.
I realize now that JEFFERY N STIVERS was using this tactic to prolong the legal process of obtaining custody, rather than do what is right for the child, so that HE COULD MAKE MORE MONEY.
Jeff would LITERALLY stop all work, text, phone and email contact if i would fall below the prepaid retainer i gave him.
I work with several attorneys in various fields of law and have NEVER heard any other attorney mention their BILL more than Jeff.
He uses sneaky, underhanded tactics to exacerbate the pain and suffering of struggling parents to ensure that he makes more MONEY.
I cant even remember how many times he made «JOKES» about how his kids would love me for putting them through college.
I am physically sickened to think that there are actually people on this planet that can live with themselves CONSCIOUSLY extending and worsening the already horrible process of obtaining child custody.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A «CHILD CUSTODY’ LAWYER THAT CARES MORE ABOUT MONEY THAN THE WELL BEING OF THE CHILDREN AND PARENTS THAT HE «REPRESENTS»
