The Drywall Guy

Marko came out quickly and on time and gave a fair estimate to repair a 8 foot by 10 foot section of drywall in my garage ceiling following some water damage. However, he left the job with a 1 inch gab about 24 inches long on one of the edges. Not a mistake you’d expect an experience drywall person to make. Called him about it and he promised to come back and fix it. Over one month later still no Marko. I ended up finishing it myself and noticed more uneven spots and poor matching of the texture once I painted it. If it was anything other than my garage I would have had the whole thing totally redone. He’s very experienced and works hard but he did not do a good job for me and the fact that he never called me back to fix his mistakes tells me he does not stand behind his work or have pride in his workmanship.
