I’ve never been to this Starbucks even though I pass by it frequently, people are nice and efficient. My mango black tea lemonade was great! Could be a bit cleaner, but they are pretty busy.

My favorite Starbucks near Laguna Niguel area. For the most of it the staff is super sweet and nice over any other Starbucks I have been too. Although, I find it really funny that one of the older male employees is a complete rude grump when I come in on the mornings and have no make up on but when I come with make up looking decent he is an overly friendly weirdo. Lol

I love this Starbucks. Always clean, baristas are friendly, and your drink is made quickly!

I frequent this location often because I work right in the center. Today I had the worst experience. They’ve gotten my drink wrong a couple times and I’m one of those people I just suck it up because I hate to be a pain in the ass. My drink isn’t even complicated either. A white chocolate peppermint mocha frappuccino. They always forget to put the F on the end and they end up making it iced. Today I said something. I went up to the cashier that took my order because the barista didn’t even offer to help me as I stood there for a couple minutes (I get it he was busy making drinks) the cashier apologized and rewrote my drink on a fresh cup. He then placed my drink last in line behind 7other drinks. This is what really bothered me. I shouldn’t have to wait another 10 – 15 minutes for my drink when you messed it up to begin with. In this case it took longer as I saw my cup just sit there and no one making it for a good 10 minutes. It took nearly 30 minutes to get a drink today! Not the best customer service!

I came in to have a nice cup of coffee and read the newspaper. I noticed that it was chilly inside, It was 52 outside. Why would have they AC on?
I mentioned it to the staff and basically said they didn’t feel cold since they are always running around working. Good for them, bad for the customers!
I mentioned again, finally a understanding employee went and switched on the heating, then it came back on again! I mentioned again.
Another employee said their was nothing they could do about it. Really, its an adjustable thermostat, unless it’s locked you can adjust it.
Their is nothing worse then going out to coffee shop, restaurant, etc. and being cold. Next time I will just stay home.
It’s too bad, initially the staff, service and the coffee was excellent, but the cold room made my overall experience horrible.
I’ve never written 2 negatives reviews within 1 hour. I had just came from another place which had filthy, smelly bathrooms.

Classic Starbucks. What’s not to love?
Parking galore. Friendly staff. Lots of space to sit and work. WiFi works great. Fast service. Consistent product.
They even gave me a pen so I could sign the birthday card I was writing.

Alright everyone! I stand corrected! I decided to give this Starbucks another try with the Frappula Frappucinno, and… It is perfect! The picture down below isn’t very good (kinda melted when I was driving home) but it was perfect when I got it!

Everytime I come here I am greater with sure warm/​smiley people. I work right across the street so it makes it convenient. Also it’s well set up to study if you’re going to school. Clearly I work and go to school, so coffee is well needed!
Today, especially I wanted to thank Austin. All the way from greeting me to helping decide to making my coffee. He went above and beyond. Thank you!

Just moved to the area and I’ve been to plenty of Starbucks (who hasn’t though) but never have I encountered should consistently good service. Been a few times and to pick up a drink and to hang out and get some work done-​and always seem to find cheerful baristas who seem to have a genuine interest in making you happy. Thank you guys. Thanks Melissa for being so polite, cheerful, and making a great drink.

They have extended hours which is more convenient than most other locations but that’s pretty much it! Other than that this your typical Starbucks with plenty of room to seat and the same level of service you’re used to at other locations.

Very helpful and friendly staff, by far the best Sbux in South OC. Plenty of indoor & outdoor seating, (pet friendly, usually have water outside for dogs). Free Wi-​Fi and I notice alot of locals hang out here. Also great place to do work or meet clients, very centrally located.

Seriously one of the best Starbucks crews I’ve met. Consistently friendly, professional and pleasant. Plus they have the Clover machine which makes a remarkable cup of coffee.

I’m a Starbucks finatic and let me say, this is the Starbucks to go to if you want a smile on your face. Everything from the drinks being made to perfection EVER time to the people there. I’ve never not walked in and not had a smile by the time I’m leaving, the employees are absolutely incredible (favorite is the male cashier jamie), I drive an extra 20 minutes every morning just to go to this location because I know my drink won’t have to be returned and I know I will have a good day because of it. I mean wow…

There is no better Starbucks than this location. My husband goes here almost every day and I go here more times than I will admit by checking in! I said previously that it is my Starbucks of choice just because of the friendliness of the staff and the service provided by all who work here.
Go in a few times and I guarantee the Barristas will know your name and what you drink (so if you’re gonna change it up — tell them fast because they’ll often start making your drink when they see you just to get your order out to you more quickly).
The staff that works here genuinely like one another. You see them talking to each other when they’re off shift which makes for a great level of service and team work when they are on shift and working together. I’ve seen some of the people who have worked at this store working in other locations and they still recognize me and know who I am which says a lot about the caliber of people who work here.
There is plenty of seating inside and out (and it’s comfortable and well-​located too). It does get busy, but the customers aren’t too territorial of their seating locations like they are at other locations that I’ve been too.
Whatever your drink of choice, it’ll get made correctly here. If an error is made, it will be corrected with a smile and usually a courtesy drink as well (I’ve seen this happen even when the error occurred because of a mistake made by the customer … yes I’m guilty).

I’m giving them a 3, because I LOOOOVE the girls there. They are truly awesome BUTTTT we hate how understaffed they seem to be most weekdays. We work from home, so we try to go there to work remotely… and we SELDOM can get a seat. There are also big groups of people that meet there often. It’s SO frustrating. If you want to go there to have a relaxing Starbucks experience or are in a rush to get a coffee, as you start your day… don’t try this Starbucks. :-(
p. s. this is very hard for me to write this because I do love the girls there…

Incredibly comfy chairs, great coffee, hopping place mid-​afternoon and they were very generous with their water. Great people !!!

It’s not the staff that gives this place less than five stars it is the clientele. We are locals as well, however you’d think that we were invaders from another planet. Really people, you are rude, pushy and think that this is your private space. Every time I come in here, which is often, I leave telling myself to find another Starbucks. So, in hopes that you read this, in which case may I suggest you act like adults and clean up your act. Be courteous, it’s not your home. And if it was I wouldn’t want to visit you either.
A side note to the staff, you folks are really rad. Thank you for being who you are so I brave my neighbors poor manners.

DO NOT FORGET THEY HAVE A CLOVER. BETTER THAN ANY POUR OVER AND YOU SHOULD TRY A BEVERAGE ON THE CLOVER MACHINE
This Starbucks provides the Starbucks experience nearly every time. I have been to many Starbucks in Southern California and accross the United States, but this one definitely reaches that Starbucks experience level.
The ambiance is very relaxing. The staff is friendly, 90% of them always have a smile on their face and are very friendly. The service is excellent. You really see how hard they work when you go in as regularly as I do and watch them all running around behind the bar with all these people and drinks lined up, they have a system here and it works well.
I highly recommend this location if you are trying to enjoy the real Starbucks experience. The staff knows their coffee!!! Just ask them and let them ask you what kind off taste you prefer and try their suggestion. I have learned a few new drinks thanks to the staff here!
