Dr. Frial does beautiful work! He is highly professional, honest, and a perfectionist. I went to several orthodontists for consultations before Dr. Frial. Others were recommending surgery for my daughter, when Dr. Frial was able to achieve her corrections simply with Invisaligns. Dr. Frial used braces for my son’s crazy teeth, and they now look absolutely perfect. I couldn’t be happier with their results. Dr. Frial is also personal and very punctual, his office is immaculate, the staff is warm, and they run a very organized office. I always recommend Dr. Frial to friends because I am so confident they will be very happy.

My daughter was seriously scared of dentists, so much so that we went through four pediatric dentrists before finding someone that would make her comfortable. We were concerned about how she would do with braces but her dentist recommended Dr. Frial so we knew we were in good hands. While she was terrified the first few appointments but Dr. Frial was patient and her fear quickly subsided.
That was three years ago. She has now completed two phases of braces and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. She had an overbite and terribly crowded teeth and now her smile is gorgeous.
The staff is warm and the office is professional and organized. We never waited more than a few minutes to be seen and had no problem scheduling appointments. We would highly recommend Dr. Frial as your orthodontist.

It is a pleasure to write a review for Dr. Frial and his staff. They make it easy and convenient to attain the smile of your dreams. Dr. Frial came recommended to our family through our trusted dentist. In my opinion, he is the best orthodontist in Orange County. He’s a perfectionist and takes great care to help each patient have the best smile possible. He’s also kind and gentle to each patient.
The staff is always welcoming and helpful. They do everything to accommodate schedules and billing. Through the years, I felt as if I got to know each and every person in the office. They are all so friendly and personable.
Dr. Frial treated both my daughters. They did phase one when they were younger and phase two as they matured. They both have perfect smiles. He also straightened my teeth using Invisalign and performed a miracle with my teeth. This was my third (yes third) attempt at straightening my teeth. No other orthodontist came close to the outcome Dr. Frial achieved. As a fifty-​year old woman I never would have dreamed my smile could look better than when I was in my twenties. Thank goodness he is a perfectionist. I love my smile.
My youngest just got her braces removed. We were so happy to have our last child’s braces removed, but with that came a little sadness. We had visited their offices every month over a period of six years and I’ll miss the wonderful personalities and smiling faces whom I’ve come to know.

Currently a patient here and could ask for no better orthodontist and staff! I interviewed four other orthodontists to compare doctors, staff, office, and scheduling hours, before choosing this one and know I made the absolute best decision.
I have Invisalign now (got a great deal during their promotion last year) and it is amazing! I actually had braces years ago as a kid but never wore my retainer, hence the do-​over. Invisalign is SO MUCH EASIER and PAINLESS! My teeth are straight and aligned and look so much better in photos than before. I even refered my mom (she’s over 60!) who now has Invisalign with me!
Being a working professional, I really like that this office is quiet and clean. For each appointment, I hardly ever have to wait to be seen. If you want a caring and educated team, I highly recommend Dr. Frial’s!

I was referred to Dr. Frial by my dentist because my bottom teeth were very crowded. Braces as a child were ruined by my wisdom teeth and I chose Invisalign. The staff were always helpful, cheerful, and informative. Going through the process of Invisalign with Dr. Frial and his staff as an adult was great!

I didn’t wear my retainers as a kid, so there I was, 20 (!?) years later with crooked teeth. My dentist recommended Dr. Frial’s office, and I’m glad she did. Dr. Frial and his staff are great!
For about 18 months, I went to Dr. Frial for Invisalign treatment. The staff is so, so nice and it feels like family. Everyone is wonderful.
They helped me get all set up with insurance and billing at the beginning, and then I made all my payments online — super easy!
I went to the office every 6 weeks or so for new Invisalign trays. I always went during school hours so I never had a late/​delayed appointment. The office is all very high-​tech and it runs like clockwork. My appointments were in and out.
Dr. Frial is great and answered all of my questions along the way. He’s a perfectionist, which I appreciate because my teeth look GREAT now — better than I’d hoped.
I don’t think it’s totally unusual for an adult to do orthodontia, but if you have any reservations about being an adult at a kiddie doc, don’t worry. This place is just as welcoming for grown-​ups as it is for the kids.
Overall, I would 100% recommend Dr. Frial and his awesome staff to anyone in need of braces/​Invisalign. I also recommend that you diligently wear your retainers when you’re done with treatment so that you don’t have to do it again!

We intended to interview multiple dentists before choosing, but were so impressed with the staff, the office, and the plan that we choose Dr. Frial without hesitation.
Our son just had his braces removed on schedule, and we never had a regret. Everything was explained. All appointments were on time. Our son was comfortable there and treated well.
We cannot recommend Dr. Frial and the office high enough. Everyone has a choice, but one should put Dr. Frial on the short list.

When my daughter was ready for braces, I came across a young girl at back-​to-​school night who had a beautiful smile and asked her who her ortho was. That’s how we found Dr. Frial! He has done the braces for both of my kids now and they both look great. The end result is the key but I can also comment on the little stuff… the waiting room is comfortable for the adults and engaging for the kids, Jaime the tech is terrific, and in the 4 years we went to Dr. Frial, we were seen immediately EVERY time.

We have used Dr. Frial for both of our children’s braces and they have turned out excellent. We had a tragedy with our daughter’s mouth while she had the braces on and Dr. Frial came to the rescue. She was in a jumphouse and did a flip, unfortunately landing with her knee to her mouth. This caused severe trauma and the teeth were dangling from the braces (otherwise the front teeth would be missing). We called him late on a Saturday night for emergency help and he met us at his office around 9PM to stabilize the teeth. He then went with us to the oral surgeon’s office for the final reset of the teeth that night. Fortunately he saved her teeth from this accident and went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was taken care of in a professional and caring way (even though it was late on a Sat evening away from his family). If we would have gone to the ER, time would have been wasted and she would probably have lost her front teeth. I completely trust Dr. Frial and would highly recommend him to anybody needing a caring orthodontist who provides the upmost care to his patients.

Dr. Frial and his team are by far the best, most comprehensive and advanced place you can go to for orthodontics in Orange County. The office staff is phenomenal, always friendly, and professional on the phone and in person. The atmosphere is relaxing, comfortable and extremely clean. They have a video game room for the kids to use while they’re waiting for their appointment even though there is basically no wait. Everything is automated, and they use state of the art equipment. Before the appointment an email link reminder is delivered and a button to click to confirm it. When you arrive with your kids, they personally check in by clicking on their image on the screen. From start to finish the parents are kept in the loop. In addition, he also communicates with the patient’s dentist when he sees any impending problems.
Our oldest son went through two rounds of braces and today is very happy with perfect teeth. His little brother is almost done with his second round. Both enjoyed the ability to choose the colors of the rubber bands on their braces, and even the option to have custom pictures and images inside of their retainers. The early treatment they were given when they were young ensured there was enough room for all their teeth to come in properly, and using the latest techniques, Dr. Frial was able to achieve all of this without any surgery. Being an associate professor at UCLA, he is always learning and applying the latest techniques.
There were numerous times for both kids where emergency appointments needed to be set up for various reasons, and we always received immediate attention. Because they play sports, trying to organize and get them in as required is incredibly difficult. I cannot stress enough how accommodating their staff has been with us along these lines.
I highly recommend this office to the young and the old, and feel very lucky to have discovered them in time to allow both of our kids to have perfect smiles.
