Let’s face it… Making real change in our lives takes courage. Whether we want to bring more fun into our lives, live a more healthy and fit lifestyle, or travel to other countries to experience new adventures and cultures, stepping out of our comfort zone is never easy.

Fun, Fit & Feminine was born out of this courage.

When the creator of Fun, Fit & Feminine found herself in an unhappy and abusive marriage, she decided that she had 2 choices… She could give into her fear of leaving and stay — or she could face her fear, find her courage and venture back out into the world alone. She chose to venture out… and never looked back!

She now devotes her life to providing other women with the support they need to step into the life of their dreams one yoga class, holistic coaching session or retreat at a time.
