My Sister used to always talk about this boot camp class she was taking and how it would kick her butt. I finally decided to give it a try. First class is free so why not? OMG. I couldn’t walk for a couple days! I was SOSORE! But a good sore so I decided to sign up for the month. I started going in March and it was pitch black and freezing when I started. I do the early morning class at 5:45am. (there are two different times and locations available) Most of the Women have been doing it for years and everyone is really nice. Once in a while a guy will come to a class but it’s mostly women. The trainer Jill is awesome. She supplies the weights, mats, balls, bands, ropes, etc. All you need is you and some water! No two classes are ever the same and it’s nice because you’re outside and not stuck in a gym. I’m not as physically fit as the other ladies but I try to keep up. I usually don’t run as far or have to do less squats, etc. or I’d die. You can start anytime, unlike other boot camps, where it’s an 8 week class or something, this is on going and super reasonably priced as well. If you’re looking for a serious workout, I suggest you give it a try… I DAREYOU! :)
