1.) This place isn’t closed. I just called and spoke to the owner. You people are retarded. This restaurant is going to lose business because false reports claim they are out of business. This needs to be fixed ASAP. 2.) The food is slightly above average for Americanized Chinese food. Certainly better than Panda Express. 3.) The owner(or what I assume is the owner as she’s the only one ever working there) is absolutely amazing. Friendly, talkative(speaks understandable English) and will sometimes give you food while you wait. tl;dr — Not Closed. — Good food and service but nothing to write home about.

I used to go to this Wok place a long time ago, like in the 1980’s. The ownership has changed a few times I think. Recently while driving by, I saw that the signage had changed. I pulled in and saw what looked like new owners. I tried it out and was happy with what I ordered. It was 11:00AM and the owners were happy to see me, and very friendly. I will be back. I did, however, take out a new entry on Unilocal, because the new name Wok & Grill, was not on the listing. New name, deserves a new start. Consider the old Wok’s Grill has closed.

Coming from Hong Kong, I have been craving good chinese food around the area. One day i went to visit my friend in laguna hills, i passed by the restaurant and decided to try it. When I walked in, right away a very friendly lady greeted me. I looked around and the place was really clean and nice environment. The orange chicken and BBQ Pork were really good and reminded me of the food I ate often in Hong Kong. I’m excited and surprised to finally find such an amazing chinese place. I wish i can come eat here everyday, but too bad i live far from here. I really recommend it, if you want to eat legit, heartwarming chinese food.

It’s pretty good chinese fast food. The lady behind the counter is nice and friendly. I recommend the curry chicken and cha shu(BBQ Pork). My wife loves the steamed vegetables and both of us like the cashew chicken when it’s available. They serve decent sized portions and have a nice, clean sit down area.

The food is good and fast and you can pick what you want. As far as the other reviews, I don’t know what their issue is… The Owners are very nice and always give me extra!

Boo boo Wok’s Grill. When I lived in Laguna Hills I was craving some simple takeout Chinese Food. I did not expect great service or high quality food, but Wok’s manage to fail on both categories. When I first walked in with my friend, some asian lady looked at us and walked away. Hmm I didn’t think didn’t think much of this. Then another gentleman walked up to the counter with a «can I help you?» look. It took me a little time because I didn’t really see anything that looked delicious, but I was determine to give this place a try, don’t know why. After finally finding some kung pao chicken there wasn’t enough left so I asked how long will it take to make. The guy said don’t worry only about 10 minutes. I thought perfect I will have some fresh food. The server was refilling the entrees that were displayed. I noticed he was bring out some fresh fried wings. I asked the man can I get that as my second item, because I had ordered a combo and was waiting for the first item. The lady came back out and said«NOYOUCANNOTHAVETHAT». I was thinking wtf? At this point I was thinkin about leaving and going next store to get Mexican food. My friend and I were still shocked about what happend. Fifteen minutes, later when my first order was done we were still waiting for some spicy chicken to finish, but the man offered to give us twice the chicken because it took a while. We thought sure awesome. After checking out and returning home. I noticed he did double the order gave twice as much teryaki chicken(i didn’t order that style) with no sauce. As I ate the nasty TC I have ever tasted. I thought forget it. I stopped eating and left the food and decided to toss it. I was so displeased I didn’t even think about how the rest tasted or the fact that I hate wasting money. WORST Restaurant ever Award! Run Run and never come back. Don’t even park near this restaurant.

I’ve been twice andregretted it both times. Not only is the food bland, but the service is HORRIBLE. Absolutely horrible. It isn’t hard being a server. Just dish the items and all is good. The first time I went there, the Chinese server lady screeched — yes, screeched — at me, asking what I wanted right when I walked through the door. I was on the phone with a coworker, trying to figure out what he wanted, and they kept on pestering me about the second item. Relax lady! I would understand if there was a long line, hence the need for urgency. But I was the ONLY one there. It made no sense whatsoever. The second time I was there the same lady was giving me attitude because I wanted a cup of ice. This place is not worth the service. I don’t ecommend it.
