A fun and creative space for kids to come and play through art exploration. A great educational play space. We have craft tables, easels for painting, spin art, chalkboard walls, and every medium of art you can think of. We have open play art times, special events, and also host birthday parties. We have open play every morning and schedule classes and events evenings.

History

Established in 2014.

So many parents avoid arts and crafts activities at home because of the enormous mess it can make and the time it takes to clean up afterwards, however art is such an important tool for children to develop communication and express their emotions. Art and creativity nurture and «out of the box» thinking which is an essential life skill. The Silly Smock was developed because of the need for a place where kids can participate in free-​form arts and crafts and develop those important creative thinking skills, while parents can relax and not stress over the mess being made.

Jodi studied creative advertising at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California and worked in advertising and graphic design in Los Angeles and New York. she has a great love for art and sharing it with children.
