made appointment on line for 1130 am came to the office around 1120. Kathy was very nice. waiting about 5 minutes and she called me back. Took my blood got it on the first draw and was very gentle. Great customer service. Lawrence in Mission Viejo

Awful. The guy that checked me in and drew my blood was just weird and very unfriendly. Tried to make me give him my card so they could put a hold on funds for the testing. Umm No! I know this is not mandatory. He also blew out my vein. I knew something was wrong wrong when he looked very unhappy about me questioning him about the card hold and not wanting to do the card hold thing. Then when he was drawing my blood He tied that bad abnormally tight around my arm — it was almost like he was trying to hurt me! He used quick force to tie it on my arm. Soon after I felt him push the needle in my vein then harder and to the side after initially inserting the needle into my vein, I just didn’t move. It felt like he intentionally pushed it through my vein and to the side. I just Waited for it to be over. Now my arm is so swollen, painful and bruised. I can hardly move it. If it persists I will go to doctor. The swelling is getting worse as time goes by. BTW my coworker saw a late bump at the site 40 minutes after my blood draw. n
I have had my blood drawn many many times filling up 4 – 5 vials over the past several years, never, ever have I experienced anything like this.
This location has an angry angry man working there. I know he intentionally hurt me. Never once even apologized for hurting me.
Go somewhere else.

My wife and I came here to have her blood work done.
The girl at the from disk was very rude.
The way she greeted us and the way she asked us to close the door was completely inappropriate, we are customers and do not deserve to be talked to in this manner.
It did not give us the welcome feeling we expected. Any way, after we gave her our insurance card and the paper work we had to wait for over 15 minutes. We were the only people there. No one communicated with us how long it would be or anything. We just sat there. All the time the receptionist was talking on the phone.
When I asked her how long time we needed to wait.
She said I am working on something important.
I told her I think of ourself as important as well.
And I asked to get my insurance card and the paper work back.
I will NEVER recommend this place to any one.

I am torn with the review.
This location is small, which can work to your advantage to get in and out quickly. However, making an appointment here, does absolutely no good. There is one list for people so you’re on the same weight as somebody who did not plan ahead.
That gives it a one star
The staff is very friendly and compassionate. Michael seemed genuinely apologetic for the 45 minute wait but, I was able to draw blood on the first stick.

I needed to get blood work done before surgery and tried making an appointment online after their automated system had «technical errors» and I couldn’t get one over the phone. I couldn’t get an appointment online either for the same reason. I drove to the office hoping the wait tome for a walk in wouldn’t be bad. 1 hour was the wait time, but I had to go back to work. I saw online that they had a 2:00 and as long as I can be guaranteed an appointment, I can get it done. I asked for the lady up front to schedule an appointment for me and she said she couldn’t. Who do I talk to then if the system is having issues and I can’t get an appointment? «I don’t know.» Who do I call? Hands me a card to schedule appointment. The same number that I already called. What part of the story did she not understand? So basically too bad, wait or go away. She didn’t even TRY to act like she cared. She ignored me and called another person up about paperwork issues and I ask her who I can contact to complain if these issues on their end are not allowing me to make appointments today or for the future? «I don’t know.» How did these people get hired?

I liked the convenience of this location. It’s easy to find and closer than the Irvine location I was going to. I had an appointment but unfortunately I was 10min late so I was told I’d have to wait and there were 2 in front of me. That annoyed me because while I understand I was late, I had an appointment. I later found out there was one person running the show. She manned the desk and was the phlebotomist. She was very friendly though not as gentle as other folks I’ve had. I had a pretty big bruise from my trip. They do not have a restroom in the office… You have to use the main restroom in the complex. That to me was just weird… It probably won’t stop me from using this location again but it wasn’t something I was prepared for.

The staff was friendly caring gentle (no pain). There was also no wait. They were amazing!

I came here as a walk in and only had to wait about 15 minutes. I was very depressed about my health situation but Rachel, the tech, made me feel much better. I’ll definitely be returning if I need any other tests done in the future.

I had a test that HAD to be performed by 10am. I am used to other Quest locations where an appointment means something. This one has only 2 phlebotomists and they were busy for at least 35 minutes with one patient each. No receptionist. I finally got to talk to one at 10:35 and she had the nerve to say that my test had to be done at 10:00! Then she couldn’t read the name of a test and had to call my doctor. Suddenly she was the receptionist greeting other people so I still had no service. So I sat there with no service for at least 45 minutes EVEN THOUGH I HAD AN APPOINTMENT. It is like a 3^rd world country. You carry your urine cup OUTSIDE and wander around the office complex to the bathroom, do your thing, and then wander around outside again with your full urine cup, troop through the waiting room and put it into a cut off cardboard box, marked with a magic marker «urine cups.» Add that to the stained carpet and the one flourescent light in the waiting room. Pathetic.

I have been to a few of the quest facilities around town, and this one has to be one of the smallest I have ever been to, but the size of the facility does not reflect on the quality of service this office gives, basically a one woman show, Rachel S is amazing! she is personal, friendly, funny, and just a ray of sunshine! There may be a wait in this small office, but she makes it worth your while!
