History

Established in 1989.

Shareholding attorney David R. Duringer, JD, LL. M (Tax), was admitted to the California bar in 1989, has broad experience in business litigation and transactions, and has practiced mainly in the area of estate planning since 1999. He is also admitted to practice in Washington State.
