I was dreading changing insurance companies a while back because it can be such a hassle.
With Pavel the process was quick, painless, and it was a great experience every time
I spoke with him on the phone or via email.
I purchased a new car about a month after my new Farmers policy went into effect. Pavel found me a better price at Bristol West, a sister company, and quickly and painlessly changed my policy over, got me a refund, and sent me the new documents. We found that a feature of the new vehicle would raise my monthly bill of the Bristol West and Farmers could give a better rate. He, once again, quickly and painlessly switched me back to Farmers and made sure everything was take care of.
I actually had Pavel on speaker phone in my office once and after I hung up my coworker commented, ‘That was your insurance agent?! Man, I wish my insurance agent was that cool.“
Long story short, Pavel is a pleasure to do business with. He knows his stuff, works quickly, and best of all he’s personable. I’d recommend him to anyone.

I had an extremely difficult insurance situation. My rental home was declared to be in a «brush area» and pretty much every insurance company you can think of dropped our insurance… crazy, how can you go without liability, fire, etc. on any home… and this is not just any home. It is the home my wife and I lived in for 10 years, and will retire to at some point — not your average rental.
Anyway, Pavel (from Farmers) is a life saver and got us covered against all odds… incredibly patient and professional. You should business with him… especially if you’re «on the fringe!»

Pavel has been my insurance agent since I bought my second car in May 2011 and I could not have been happier with the service he provides. He has been accommodating my needs in every possible way, including working with me on lowering my monthly premiums to minimum for the last two summers when I was out of the country as well as figuring out possible discounts and helping me to resolve my accident when i got rear ended.
