What I like about optima cleaners is there hospitality. Also, the prices are reasonable and good quality service. A thumbs up!

It’s like a groupon deal daily here or Black Friday daily deal. You can’t find anywhere else for the price and service. Drop off suit, pants, sweeter, jacket, shirts, and all came back fresh. Thumbs up here.

Just moved to the area and was referred here by friends because of their cheap prices on men’s dress shirt laundering. I’ve used them for a couple months but I’m ready to find a new location. The price is cheap for a reason. No hello when you walk in, if you don’t know their procedures, they give you a sideways look at first. No conversation and I can barely hear the person behind the counter. They were randomly closed on a Monday last week with no note on the door as to why. Also found out today that you can’t use your debit card if it’s under $ 20. Luckily I had cash on me. If you don’t care about service and just cost, this place is for you. If you want to feel friendly at a place you shop at, you can definitely find another local place.

I used Optima Cleaners for two years, and had to stop recently because I moved out of the area. I was skeptical about the $ 3/garment– but took everything there(men’s suits, formal dresses, leather jackets, sequin dresses) and it was always the same price. Everything always came back in excellent condition. I am so sad that I haven’t found anything as good in the new area, you can imagine my disappointment when I just paid $ 58 for what would have cost me $ 18 at Optima. If you are in the Lake Forest area, I recommend them 100%.

Wow, I have never been yelled at for asking a question. I went to pick up two pairs of light colored slacks… When I wore them next, I noticed purple marks, like a spray, all over the bottom half of both pairs. I took them back to have the stains removed, seemingly from a solution of sorts that they use during the cleaning process. After saying I didn’t think I should have to pay for the stain removal since it was clearly something that was done by the cleaners, the older gentleman(who today told me he was the owner) ripped the pants from me and told me to come back in a few days. So I picked up my slacks, took them home and then realized they were now COVERED in the same purple marks… my fault for not checking them before I left. I took them back to ask why they had gotten so much worse and the man screamed at me and told me he would charge me more if I wanted him to clean them again. His female helper took them to the back then came back out and said it was probably apple juice and they were ruined… Apple juice? They were still in the plastic! The man continued to yell at me, even in front of other customers, while I just asked him to remove the stains his«cleaning» had caused. I finally had enough of being screamed at for wanting them to fix their error, but the horrible attitude and lack of morale was disgusting. I will NEVER go back there and encourage any existing customers to find a better place to get their dry cleaning done.

$ 3 dollars for any garment! I had been spending wayyy too much on dry cleaning in OC until I stumbled across this place. They are very kind, hard working people offering an honest service. And they are right off the freeway at Lake Forest so I can easily stop by on my way home from work. After just one time using them, I can say I’ll be a lasting loyal customer.
