MyOCTC has not one solo Transaction Coordinator, but rather a Team of Real Estate Transaction Experts who make it their mission to provide Realtors and their valued clients the best transaction coordinating services in Southern California. Let our team file the paperwork, follow-​up on correspondences, verify all signatures, and perform all the other random tasks that a transaction can send your way. The best part is that we upload all of your documents to a secure database that our Realtor clients are given access to view anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Once the transaction is complete, we will send the fully executed file to your designated broker and send you a complete digital copy of the file on a CD, eliminating the need for you to find a location to store the bulky paper file.

History

Established in 2006.

The business was started to help real estate agents who either did not have access to a Transaction Coordinator, as many independent brokers want to keep their overhead and payrolls low; or they were just not happy with the level of service they were getting from the TC in their office. We saw a huge void in the industry, and thought we would give agents the level of service they wanted, and so the word has spread. Our business continues to grow even despite the challenging market we have been through.

Business Owner

Rick has been in the real estate industry since 2000. Over those 13+ years he has worked in many different support rolls for agents, and companies, and as a consultant. As a Transaction Coordinator he is looking to bring value and efficiency to real estate agents, so they can sell more homes, and create more transactions for our TC’s to coordinate.

After Coordinating over 1,000 files, we are familiar with all types of transactions. We are always getting educated on and staying current with new forms. Rick is a master at hiring & training the right staff while maintaining the same high level of service.
