I Have been a customer here for many years, I Used to be with Tmobile Years ago. I Discovered this place and was so Lucky that Bill Was the Person that helped me .at the time I was switching my phone number and moving my family numbers to Metro From Tmobile, I have to Say that All Employees here are Nice, But IF you have a Technical Complicated issue .I Would Strongly Suggest to Vall First to See if Bill Is At this Location that Day He can Help you With many many Technical and Answer your Questions, I Recently Had to Stop at another Location to activate a Phone for A family Member. That Store Didn’t Work. I ended up Driving To This Store and Bill Helped Us with our Issues he Worked on the Phone and Fixed the Technical Problem in About 30+ Minutes. Trust Me ! If you Want Customer Service and A Working Phone in minutes come here ! The Other place told me that I should Wait two to 24 Hours for the signal to Get to the phone
