We had a very poor experience. We were scheduled to take the QEEG&IVA test. But, the computer broke down on our first try. So, we had to return on a 2nd trip. On our second trip, the computer broke down in the middle of our test. We asked if we should return, but the«technician» said it was fine, and said she finished the test for us. What!!! We paid for the testing, but they took the test for us? Hmm. It seems like a lack of integrity in the process. When we met with Dr. Linden, we asked if would be able to use the services in the Irvine location. He said it was fine. Then, after we’ve paid for services, we are notified they are MOVING. It’s to a location too far for us. We feel we could’ve received better communication.
