Business Owner

Mark Kellman has been licensed to practice law in the State of California since 1984 and has extensive experience in providing business legal advice. He began his California legal career with one of the largest law firms in the United States and ultimately became a partner heading up its Real Estate division. In the private practice of law, he handled hundreds of business negotiations and transactions, including structuring and drafting agreements for simple and complex business arrangements. After his tenure in the private practice of law, he went into the corporate field where he served as General Counsel to companies involved in the financial services and marketing businesses. Today he represents a wide variety of clients in advising on business transactions and contract matters of all sorts, and also works with those with disputes helping them mediate and negotiate the resolution of many simple and complex situations.
