Laguna Hills Flower

I used this florist for my Mother-​in-​laws funeral. WHAT A MISTAKE! I ordered three arrangements. Two were drooping already and had brown edges when we saw them at the service and it was not the PREMIUM flowers we had ordered. We were so embarrassed! We paid additional for the ‘premium’ arrangements. They looked pitiful; nothing like the picture. I could have gotten better flowers from Home Depot! When I placed the order I spoke to Fred, the Owner (he took the order). The cards were not placed with the correct arrangements (I emailed and faxed which card went with which flowers) «I personally oversee everything»… The flowers were to be delivered Sunday and we had the first service Monday morning. When I called Tuesday Fred immediately blamed the mortuary. The Mortuary has its own florist with a refrigeration area for the flowers! Fred’s idea of making up for the huge embarrassment was to send more flowers. I told him you cannot re-​do a funeral! He never followed up with me after that either.
