Just had some needed work done to remove some huge kidney stones by Dr Taylor. The whole process from the initial diagnosis through the actual procedure was done very efficiently. His professionalism, as well as his staff’s was perfect. Even the process of removing the «terrible» imbedded stent went perfect. Great follow up from the staff. Great coordination with the insurance carriers and great communications with me. This was my first interaction with a Urologist for this painful problem and I understood every step of the process, when and how it would be done and what to expect after the procedure. All billing was done properly and correct and well explained. He has a client for life with me, but I hope I never have to have this problem again. I have told everyone I tell the story to, about the great service from him and his staff..

Unethical doctor — don’t go to him. He prescribed Premarin cream and told me to use only a small amount two to three times a week. His office mistakenly called in a NINETY DAY prescription consisting of 5 tubes which at the amount I was to apply would last a year or more — costing me over $ 250… His office would not make a correction and he would not call me. I made an appointment to see him explaining the error and he would not correct it He actually told me to «call the credit card company and deny the charges» ??? Dishonest and unethical.
