The internet may give you facts and pictures, but it cannot tell you if a hotel or location is right for you, or what to expect from that hotel. That’s why there are so many bad reviews of decent properties, and you see reviews of properties that are both good and bad; which tells you nothing.

You need a professional who knows the things a computer can’t tell you. And, since we do not charge any fees to the consumer, you are getting that personalized service for free. So what do you have to lose?

History

Established in 2007.

Began the business wanting to share our love of travel. As both Dan and Kathi are also lovers of romance, it seemed obvious to adapt the business to share both the love of travel and romance.

It is our desire to help new marriages get off on the right foot, and help existing marriages get away and remember why they fell in love in the first place.

Romance has always been something that is high on the priority list for Dan, highlighted with a love for people and a belief that by serving them, you serve God and fulfill the highest calling there is.

But it wasn’t until a few years ago that Dan also discovered he had a love for travel, and at that point the career path seemed obvious. But just liking people and travel doesn’t make you a good agent. You have to also have an uncompromising work ethic, combined with meticulous attention to detail as well.

Dan learned his work ethic playing baseball at a very high collegiate level where he was always the last to leave the practice field and in his senior year led his team in virtually every offensive category.

Dan believes that true customer service is a lost art in our culture today. But at Head Over Heels it thrives as any of Dan’s customers who have experienced it will tell you. That’s why so much of Dan’s business is repeat and referral.
