I had a new garage door opener installed a few months back. They just came back today for a small adjustment — free of charge. They stand behind their work, and they show up on time, as promised. Very satisfied.

Julio was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything pre and post installation in a thorough and understandable fashion. He was neat with his installation and cleanup. In summary and outstanding technician and salesman!

Phenominal Service!!! I called in an emergency and Julio showed up within a few hours. Julio was very professional and provided me with my different options. I had Marco out a few days later to install my new garage door and motor. Marco could not be better. I am very pleased with Entry Systems, Julio and expecially Marco.

I am writing this review because of how impressed I am with Entry Systems service.
The tension spring broke for our garage door. I searched Unilocal for garage door experts in the area. I read the reviews for Entry Systems and they were all great. I called and spoke with the telephone representative. She was great! She jumped into action. Checked the schedule. She had a technician scheduled to come by within a couple of hours.
Marcos arrived as scheduled. Also, the office called to let me know that Marcos was only 10 minutes away. He confirmed what was needed to fix the garage door. He verified the price that had been quoted to me. Marcos was a pleasure to talk to. He was very professional. And most of all, he did an outstanding job.
I HIGHLY recommend Entry Systems. You guys really impressed me. I will use you, again.

Jonathan and Justin just left and they did a fantastic job. They showed up on time, were courteous, friendly and professional. They diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed my broken door. I highly recommend their service.

When I first called for an appointment, the office team was easy to work with and got me an appointment quickly. They even accommodated my work schedule to provide a 15 minute call-​ahead during my service window so I could leave work in time for the technicians to arrive.
Jonathan and his partner were really professional, courteous, and explained everything that was going on. They also provided me with recommendations on what I might need to do moving forward, but they were NOT pushy on getting a sale from me. Really appreciated that.
I would highly recommend this company.

OK, I have to update this review. I got a refund on the extra costs, these guys obviously are a CLASS ACT! I am leaving my original review below which was two stars, but updating because they clearly care about a satisfied customer!
Original Review: Beware: Good work, but jacked up final bills!
I scheduled Entry systems for spring repair two days in advance, for a rental unit. I was told they would contact the tenant prior to going over, but instead I had to call the office to find out when the technician would arrive. The technician did a good job replacing the spring, AND OTHER PARTS… without getting authorization. Then I get a call that the job is done and the bill is almost $ 400 versus the $ 300 I authorized… When I question the price, I am told «Oh he had to replace the side plates…» He may well have needed to, but the point was I did not authorize it, and it really made me think that this was just standard procedure to up the bill on each visit. The guy on the phone (Ian) was only apologetic after I pointed out the extra charge.
So the garage door works great, but I got stuck paying an extra hundred dollars.

My installation technician was Marcos. He was very courteous and efficient. The new garage door is awesome. Jonathan took my original order one month ago. He, too, was a paragon of great customer service. I could not be happier.

These guys responded fast. They fixed the problem I called about then lubricated and adjusted the other door before they left. I got more than I expected.

Jonathan was my repairmen, arrived on time as promised and completed the repair/​adjustments and was gone, so I could get back to my sons baseball game!

You can really count on Entry Systems to be extremely competent, professional and right on time. Greg came out to our house today and did a terrific job in a very timely manner. I can see why our neighbors rave about this company! Will definitely recommend Greg and company to our friends too! Terrific job!

Called on ⁴⁄₄ to have someone come out and quote on replacing driveway gate. On 4/​6, a guy came out and took the measurements. He said he would email the quote the next day. On 4/​14, I still didn’t have the quote so I called and was told he would send it right away. On ⁴⁄₂₂ I still didn’t have the quote so I called and was told they would send the quote. I finally received a quote and it was $ 10,000 for a basic driveway, non-​motorized gate…$ 12 000 for a motorized gate. I called two other local gate companies who came out immediately and both quoted close to $ 3000 for the same thing. This company is either really over-​priced or they quote extremely high on jobs they don’t want. I would be very careful when doing business with them.
Update on ⁵⁄₁₁ based on company comments:
The «heavy excavation work» was to dig 1′ into the ground so the track could be placed matching the slope of the driveway. This took my husband 2 hours to complete. The company (per the comment below) was charging $ 6000 for this work and outsourcing to another company. Additionally, the quote I received states the quote for a motorized gate at $ 12 000, not $ 10,000 per comment by company. I stand by my original review that you should stay clear of this company unless you have plenty of money to waste.

Thought my antique garage door opener could never sync to my new cars technology but I could not have been more wrong. Really only hoped for another huge remote (think first mobile phone!) Called Entry Systems and they had two options for me 1) an extra garage door opener or 2) their tech could come out and program my car. I honestly didn’t believe it could be done. Jonathan arrived on time and happy to help. He had my car programmed to the garage door within seconds. He then performed maintenance on the motor itself and could not have been nicer! Great company. Great service. Professional all the way! Thanks, Jonathan!
***I have to admit though that I’m a little confused about the «maintenance» that was performed on the motor in addition to programming the remote. I didn’t realize that both lights were not working on the unit itself… it would have been great if we could have figured that out while Jonathan was here :(***

Needed two replacement hinges for my garage door. Showed up with the pictures of what I need. Got the correct parts within 2 min and was out the door within a total of 5min. Professional and effective.

Called to get a molding to close a gap, I had on one side of my garage door. Ian sold me the molding for $ 69 and told me I could install it! My son and myself worked for hours and couldn’t get it to slide on to the frame. He also cut his finger pretty bad!
I called Ian and he looked up what he sold me and said it was the wrong one, and did I want a technician to come out with a new frame with the molding already installed. I said of course, he apologized and the tech came out the next day. He needed my help to install the 16 foot frame and molding and needed my tools to do the job?
When we got the molding on, and closed the garage door the gap was twice as big as before I started down this disaster of a road. I was afraid of rodents before but now anything was possible.
The technician told me to go to Home Depot and buy a storm stopper molding to glue to the cement floor where the gap was. Well Home Depot, Lowes, and Denaults all laughed at me.
I called Ian and he said the technician would come back out and that was four days ago. One of the charges was to adjust the door and service it to like new standards! He did nothing!!!
Our home is on the market and now I need to hire a concrete guy to finish the job. These Guy’s totally put me together! Beware of what they promise or sell you!!! They credited the $ 69 for the wrong molding and charged me $ 225 to install this piece of crap!
Very unprofessional technician without the right tools or help to install the your molding!

These guys (Jonathan was my installer) are great! They’re up-​front about everything, do quality work for a fair price.
They had to be a little late for the appointment, and the conversation was impressive!
My Garage Door was set up for a Wayne-​Dalton opener. Jonathan removed the dead opener, replaced the Jackshaft (a necessary thing) and installed a LiftMaster Elite 8500. He did a great job. The instalation is professional (it should be — but some folks don’t think so!) He explained all the parts, and left a clean area. I’m impressed!

I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. From the moment I scheduled the appointment with Ian over the phone to checking out with Jonathan, all went extremely smoothly.
I found them to be a very professional company. They had patience for my questions, were punctual, knew exactly what they were doing, took care of the problem, and went above and beyond.
