Love the caring people that work here! Such great customer service! I would like to give them 4 1 – 2 stars just because they carry the good brands… and it’s hard for me to afford all the time !

Just wanted to give a shout out to E-​Cig Gallery. Especially Hanna Sharon and Vince just a few of the amazing team members that make me feel like I am the only customer every time I come in to make a purchase! This is the best E-​Cig place and I would not go anywhere else! They are so awesome and just love every experience!!! Keep up the amazing work guys! Can’t thank you enough for always being so professional and fun at the same time! Thanks for all you do guys!!!

I can’t stand this place, I live 1 mile away and I have been 5 times and EVERY time it’s a terrible experience, thinking I’m desperate for some cotton let’s give them another shot. The juice really isn’t good I have sampled most and have been vaping for 4 years, boring flavors. They always take over 30 minutes for a new build and last time the guy stopped my build to text after I was there for 45 mins because he messed up the first time! Then he had the balls to say «where is my tip?» NEVER AGAIN!

If I could give this store a zero star review I would. The employees used to be friendly, now they act as though their s!$& don’t stink. As a loyal customer I would expect the manager to honor a sale that was missed by a couple days. I was looking at the IPV5 and asked for the weekend deal of $ 59.99. I was told that the manager said no. Does this make any sense to turn away a sale? Very poor business model, horrible management skills to work with your customers. You have lost me as a customer I will be happy to take my business to a Vape shop that values their customers.

Some of the people who work here are really sweet and will help you answer any questions that you have. However, The girl that has piercings with the long blonde hair is extremely rude and demeaning towards your character. When you ask her a question, she acts like she knows what she’s saying until other employees correct her. I’ve had multiple negative encounters with her. This girl is the reason why I will not shop here anymore. The only reason why I would suggest this place is because their batteries are decently priced. Also, you can buy cheaper juice at south county vapes.

I love this Vape Shop. I’ve been coming here since opening and they are always stalked up on all things Vape!!! The staff is always so helpful and friendly, including Vincent, Hanna, and all the staff. Five stars all the way!

By far the best customer service and most generous shop out there, their events are always a big hit!

This place has Everything! All the good stuff too… Brand names and good prices on juice, batteries, mods, plus accessories. Not to mention its spread out a lot so doesn’t get overly crowded when they are busy. My favorite vaporizer store for sure

Great hours, great selection, usually helpful staff minus the occasional new employees who seem clueless. Luckily there is always someone else to help them out. My girlfriend and I exclusively shop here even though the ecig store market is beyond saturated. Keep up the good work.

Yes I am a fan, they have grown on me… esp with the new discount BOWL!!! yes I am cheap… no what the heck am I saying I must spend a good 50 on juice a month but I’m loving the discounts… and the NEW FLAVORS!!! I will admit its a bit more pricey, so I do have another closer place trying to steal top spot… but overall they are cool. wish the customer service and connecting was a lot better

This place is the best not only are they open early but literally this was the most friendly experience with the best customer service I have ever had at an ecig store both Chris and Hannah were Amazing I will definitely be back ! My new favorite spot !!

I live in Riverside county and just happened to be Laguna Hills for the day. I will definitely make the drive just for the service I received. A++++++++++++

I’ve been a customer of E-​Cig Gallery almost exclusively for about 18 months. I don’t shop around, or didn’t, so I can’t comment on their pricing.
I stopped by tonight to exchange my second eGo One or to swap out the battery, which stopped working after a few weeks. This unit was a replacement for the one I initially purchased in July which had the exact same issue. When I explained the same had happened I was told the best they could do was 20% off a new battery. I then explained that I had been in two weeks prior and was told I needed to bring the receipt in, apparently not the case. I purchased this product at their recommendation and this is hardly acceptable customer service.
I asked what the owner would do as I have been a long time customer (4 vapes, parts and juice) over the past 18 months. I was told the owner would do even less for me than the 20% I was being offered. If that’s true, then I see no reason to support this business anymore, there are plenty of other vape stores in OC I hear.
The free pizza, water and reward points are nice, but ultimately if you don’t support your products or treat your customers as such, the rest doesn’t really matter.

I received an apologetic message from the Director of Marketing this morning assuring me that they do in fact appreciate their loyal customers and offering to exchange the battery. I wish I had received this same professionalism in the store. I applaud her for the expediency in which she responded and the desire to make things right, unfortunately by the time I saw her message, I had already purchased a new battery.

It’s been a long time since I first visited Ecig Gallery. The Ecig industry moves quickly and the Gallery has certainly stepped up their game to become a GREAT shop in south OC. My initial review was written right after they opened and is no longer a representation of the store.
Terrific selection, great knowledge, and a very inviting and relaxed environment. I’ll certainly be back! Thanks for stepping up your game!

I procrastinate with everything… Especially buying juice. So on Sunday morning– when most shops are closed til 11 or don’t even open all day– this shop has rescued me more times than I can count. My usual go-​to is not one this shop carries, but they do have a good selection of juices. Price point could be lower since the other shops sell for slightly less, however they aren’t open at 8am.
Either way I see myself visiting often for my juice needs. 4 stars.

This is a great shop to find all your favorite vapor flavors! They welcome you to look through their large menu and sample whichever flavor intrigues you. It’s always been a pleasant experience at this store. Each associate has a warming hospitality and the building is never completely smoked out; like other shops tend to be.
Chris was our sales associate for today’s visit. He was very knowledgeable and kind. He was very patient with my boyfriend and I’s indecisiveness and helped us make the best choice for our budget and desires!

Sharon has been providing excellent service for a few years now, every time I come in she is the most knowledgable employee by far and she seems to be the most respected employee as well, Sharon is great at trouble shooting when something’s wrong with a mod. I love e cig gallery this place has been very kind to me and enjoy hanging out here !!
