I use to come here since 2012 now they are in a new location and ever since then the new staff has done a horrible job. Very sad and disappointed. Have found a new place down the street with more talent and nice staff.

I give them 5 stars because I went to them for like 6 years. My favorite lady Pam always did the best job. I was NEVER disappointed! Unfortunately Pam has moved and no longer works here :(Last time I went I didn’t have the same result, and am now on the hunt for a new go to place. Thanks Pam for 6 years of amazing brows!

I’ve been coming to this location for almost four years now (wow time flies!) and I’ve never been disappointed. I’ve been to two other eyebrow places but this one is my favorite. After six visits, you get one free. I don’t get my eyebrows done very often because I have sparse Asian girl eyebrows. They still make my eyebrows look great even when I barely have any hair to begin with. $ 10 for eyebrows and it lasts for a couple months for me. Sometimes it can get busy but it’s not too bad. If you do have thicker eyebrows I would specify if you only want a cleanup or to make them thinner.

LOVE this place, I’ve come here quite a few times, it’s been my go to eyebrow place ever since. I originally only did waxing but once I tried this place out I loved it. They are always very nice and I even came in today about 10 minutes before closing and there were no complaints about it, very good service and very good threading! (hurts but it’s so worth it!)

This is the worst place I have ever been to… the lady was so cold and rude. She was talking like she knew what she was doing. And when I told her that I wanted my eyebrows only cleaned and to leave them thick she replied with «I don’t understand what you’re asking it is confusing» I think I was pretty clear. She then began telling me that my eyebrows are already thin and it is hard to clean them. What the hell? If you’re a strictly eyebrow threading shop you should know how to do everyone’s eyebrows no matter what they look like. Also when I got home and looked in my big mirror she left hair everywhere like I didn’t even get them done. Worst experience ever. I do not recommend this place at all. I will never go back. Worst mistake in my life was going there. They don’t even deserve one star.

this my first time getting my eyebrows threaded and my first time here and I loved it! i usually go to the benefit brow bar until i heard of this place from a coworker. Pam did my eyebrows and she made them look amazing. I will definitly be returning! The only downfall is that people walking in the mall (which there isnt that many at the Laguna Hills mall) can look in and see you getting them done.

Went here for the first time today. I’ve never had my eyebrows threaded just waxed. Sonita did a fantastic job and now this is the only place where I will go. What a great deal.

Literally the worst eyebrow threading ever. They act like they know what they’re doing but not only were the incredibly slow– making it «hurt more» (the place I used to go to was so fast) but they made my brows too thin, and they put the arch in the wrong place! In addition, they were rude and very cold. Never going again. I’m outraged right now.

I know the company recently changed companies (within in the past few months), but I really love coming to this place. I get a different threader each time (which I don’t mind) and always leave really happy with my eye brows! The price is perfect, just $ 10 for eyebrow threading. Never have waited more than 5 minutes. I love it!

rude and horrible customer service! ruined my mother’s and my eyebrows! whenever there is another customer, she rushes us out and doesn’t even ask me how i like my eyebrows! my little sister also wanted a henna tattoo and she admit to us that she has no clue how to do them! i don’t recommend going there.

Absolutely horrible service. I went in yesterday and the older woman completely thinned out my eyebrows. They are uneven as well. I was horrified when I looked in the mirror. I wouldn’t be as angry if the lady wasn’t so rude. She was short with me, barking at me with one word orders, as if I could understand what «No» meant, even if she yelled it out literally 5 times. I’ve been to many other eyebrow threading salons and this is by far the worst. Eyebrows definitely shape your face and I’m going to have an awkward month until it grows out. this place lost my business, and I dissuade anyone else from coming here unless they want two sticks for eyebrows. I’m shocked that this place got such rave reviews from other Unilocal customers but I’m sure they had other staff working on theirs than mine. This experience was SO horrible that I signed up on Unilocal to warn others.

This place used to be Zia Threading, which is now relocated across the street. I stopped coming here when I started being overcharged by the Persian lady. She charged more than anyone else that I would get threaded by and I would go there for years. Now I’m happy going to Zia Threading because they are always cheaper and have a discount card.

I wasn’t impressed and its more expensive than my go to place. I went on a sunday because my favorite brow place is closed on sundays and i definitely needed to get them done. The lady ruined my shape and cut off too much. Luckily my hair grows quick and Pretty Threading was able to fix it in a heartbeat. If you have a good eyebrow shape and you pride yourself in awesome brows avoid this place.

I’ve been here about a dozen times, the staff is nice, the prices are right and there is almost never a wait. I have very light brows and they can be hard to see but they always get my brows just right (although every time I have gone its very painful and I have a few spots of dried blood from the threading).
The only thing I don’t care much for is that one end of the thread is in the threaders mouth and the other end is in her hands… Probably not the most hygienic thing in the world.

I have been coming here for over a year now and have no complaints. My eyebrows always are perfectly arched and look great! Very rarely is there a wait and after 5 visits you get 1 free!

Nisha is excellent! I’ve tried 3 of the other threaders but they don’t pay as close attention as Nisha does. She doesn’t let me leave until she and I are happy with her work. She doesn’t make them to thin, or doesn’t pinch my skin. She’s never made me bleed which I’ve had at other salons. Nisha is hands down my favorite. Definitely worth the wait even when there are other threaders available.

They are the only one who doesn’t butch up my eyebrows. Some threading places, when you ask them to just clean up your eyebrows, they tend to not listen and just thread all your eyebrows away, leaving you with thin, ugly looking eyebrows that takes forever to grow. Not Brows Shaping Salon; every time I ask them to just clean them up, they listen and they always thread my eyebrows perfectly. They are not uneven and they don’t make it thin.
Be prepared to wait though when their shop is packed. They tend to only have 1 or 2 workers threading at a time.
