I have been going to this beauty supply for a while and liked the owners and always like to support small businesses. The other day went and bought a color to dye my roots, I took the sample I had so she gave me one exactly like the one I had, when I opened it had different color and extra 0 on the box so I thought she me the wrong one. So the next day I went to get the correct one. I was explaining about the color and extra 0 and boy she got mad and told me I don’t know anything and told me do you hear??? I couldn’t believe how rude she is, I would never go back there.

Can you say Wonderful Service?! I support small businesses and this place was just superb. It was clean, good prices and super friendly.
Here was my experience: I came in to buy the Paul Mitchell Hair Serum but left with Moroccan Oil, Brenda Christian Eye Brow Pencil, Wax and tons of freebies. Like face wash, Shampoo/​Conditioner Samples, Deep Conditioner and also a discount cuz I found certain items on Amazon for cheaper so the lady gave me 10% off which was awesome!
All of the things the lady recommended for me were great and I will definitely come here again soon!

Forget PB, come here. The customer service is amazing and they always have the product im looking for. And if they dont, they will order it for me.

I don’t like being bothered 3 times in less than 2 minutes by 2 different people. Then when my friend asked if they had a product they had no idea what it was, what it did and could not even say the word. I found it on the shelf while the lady was talking about hair from my friend. Prices are a little high. I ended up buying online but came back later for hair extensions… so worth it! Plus I don’t like when I am looking around and I look up and right next to my head is a camera. i mean, I’m petite but still tall (5’8″).There is a camera at every 12 inches in that place. It was odd. Movin’ on!

My only go to place for all of my hair products. The owner is always friendly and has the products I need. Even when I make a request she remembers and manages to make it available for me!

Aliso Beauty Supply is a gem in the sea of beauty supply stores and big chain drug stores. The reason I go out of my way to shop here — Angie, the owner.
The first time I walked in, I was greeted by Angie, and asked her to recommend a smoothing hair conditioner. She was incredibly knowledgeable about every single product on her shelves — a level of attention to detail that I rarely see even at department store counters.
I was so impressed with the product she suggested (Redken Butter Treat — great for smoothing out dry hair!) and have since become a loyal customer and trust her opinion completely.
On one occasion, I reached for an expensive hair product, but Angie said it was discontinued, so she didn’t recommend purchasing it. Products that are discontinued are for a reason (she said), so it’s better to get something that is still being made.
There is never a hard sell. Angie is always friendly, very helpful, and makes my shopping experience feel exclusive because of the attention and advice she gives me.
The well-​chosen selection of products include: Morroccan Oil, Enjoy, Pureology, Redken, KMS, Nioxin, Kerastase, and even Japanese brands like Komenuka Bijin and Crede, Dermalogica (skin care), Essie, OPI, Creative Nail Design (nail care used at the Four Seasons spa!), and many other beauty supplies.
I have Angie to thank for my shiny, healthy hair and smooth complexion! (Currently using Enjoy’s Hair Reconstructor, and Dermalogica’s powder face scrub — both are amazing!)

Went to this beauty supply to buy OPI black shatter. The sales lady said they were out and to come back in 2 days because she would have it back in by then. So I went in 2 days later and she said to come back in 2 more days because she hadnt gotten it yet. I told her I needed it for that night so that wouldn’t work. \In a bind I decided to buy the red shatter and put it over a black polish, which she told me would work. I took it home and there was barely any contrast. The red just did not show up. So I took it back to the lady and told her it didn’t work. I asked to exchange it and she said that she couldn’t take it back. I don’t think she understood what the problem was. When I told her the red didn’t show up on the black she went and got one of those plastic nail displays that you paint all of the different colors on. She put the red shatter on a light silver color. I told her that on a black color it didn’t work. She then told me that sometimes the nail polish didn’t shatter. I again told her that it shattered but there was no contrast. She basically refused to even exchange it, which I thought was totally unreasonable. I have spent a lot of money in this store. Now I’ll go out of my way to shop elsewhere.

Absolutely lovely store with a wide variety of products. The lady who manages the store always greets me with a smile!

I LOVE this beauty supply store. I used to go to Planet Beauty but it’s cheaper here. I use Pureology and Alterna which can get pretty pricey.
The lady who owns the store is super sweet and very knowledgeable of all the different products. I’ll ask her any beauty question and she’ll always give me several different options depending how much I want to spend. I really like that, especially since I’m trying to save some bucks these days.

This is a great beauty supply store. When I went, I was greeted and asked right away if I needed help. I received very good assistance and suggestions for hair products. She really knew about the merchandise and was very helpful. The store carries a lot of different lines, such as Pureology and Redken and many others. I did not look at anything other than hair products in my visit, but I’ll check out the other products in the store in my next visit.
By the way, the plaza this beauty supply is in is a convenient one. There’s a Subway sandwiches, Ralph’s, Starbucks and more in the same plaza.

I love this beauty supply store, for several reasons. First its right by my dentist, and I had been there a few times and they sell OPI and Essie and I like that. Now I work by this store, and I visit a little more. The girls in there are helpful and they have a gigantic supply of hair products. most everything you could want. I pretty much just buy nail polish there (I strictly use Aveda), but I will say, I love the hair brush selection also. I do have a slight hair brush issue/​obsession and I bought one here recently and I love it. They sell BE products, Joe Blasco, and hair dye etc… Its pretty well packed with most of the stuff you would want.
