First of all, I love what I do & I take pride in what I do. This is an exciting new chapter in my life to help others with their pest control needs. I am in the business to share informative information and to provide excellent service.

I started in the pest control industry over four years ago. I started as a licensed Termite Inspector and I eventually achieved my license focusing on General Pest. I currently have a General Pest Operator License and a Termite Field Representative License. I also have a valid California Fish & Game Trapping License for trapping & releasing Fur-​Bearing Mammals.

I have a background in sales, marketing, and operations (Service Technician) with previous employers. I am confident that I can get the job done with «A» quality service at industry competitive pricing. I look forward to hearing from you and to servicing your pest control needs in the future.

An amazing thing happened yesterday. I called Greg of A Quality Pest Control to get rid of my ant problem. Since the weather turned cooler the ants went into retreat mode. Greg said he didn’t think it would make sense for him to treat. Explained how I could help get rid of insects.
I can’t say enough how much I appreciated his honesty.

I’ve called this place multiple times every single day for a week and they have not answered their phone once. Sorry but if you guys can’t even pull off the first step (being reachable/​talking to a customer) then you deserve a bad review. I wasn’t going to be so hard with one star but it’s the only description that fits the bill, «Eek! Methinks not.» My business is going elsewhere. Good work.

Wow. Greg is incredibly knowledgable, thorough and has a passion for doing the job correctly and with pride.
As soon as he arrived, his wife got busy removed spider webs from our entire property, «it is just part of our service.» Fixed our ant problem.

We have used A Quality Pest Control for 2 yrs for various pest & rodent problems. We highly recommend Greg who is very knowledgeable & very though with a high work ethics & caliber of service. He is punctual, completely inspects all the areas of concerns & recommends the options that he believes are necessary. Greg explains the process & treatments that would address the problems. Also because we have 3 cats, he informed us what is necessary for the cats to stay inside the house for 2 – 3 hours & 4 hrs outside. Because of the unusually hot weather, humidity we have a increased problem with fleas both inside & out. Also the flea medicine we used caused the fleas to develop an immunity to the current flea medicine, so we had to begin with a newer type of medicine. I am happily to say that the treatments Greg did eliminated the fleas both outside & inside & definitely on the cats!

We had a major ant problem for the first time in many years last month and called Greg on the recommendation of one of our sons. He applied ant poison at that time.
The following week he applied ant bait to complete the job. Greg also pointed out some spots on the outside walls that that needed to be sealed to prevent a recurrence of the problem.
We haven’t seen any more ants in the house!
If you have a pest problem, I highly recommend Greg.

This is not a review on the service just very rude customer service. We called this company due to the great reviews however the entire conversation was only on text messages, the gentlemen never called would only text. We told him we did not know what bugs/​insects were in the house since we were getting bit at night only. The guy kept stating we needed to catch one of the bugs before he could come out! We explained to him we couldn’t find the bugs and that the house had been vacant a long time so there was no telling what kind of bugs it was. I’m pretty sure that is what the pest control people get paid to do to come inspect and figure out what is going on. His last message was very snide and rude, glad we found out this is how they treat potential customers!

Frustrated by a reoccurring ant issue I called Greg. He got back to me immediately and was able to come out the same day. He was personable, knowledgable and polite. He took the time to do a thorough job. The price was reasonable and the experience very pleasant. Highly recommend Greg!

Upon her return home after surgery, my mother discovered evidence that a rat had made itself at home in her residence. As soon as we got her settled in, I googled for exterminators in her Laguna Woods area and found A Quality Pest Control. I called and left a message asking for assistance, and Greg called me back quickly. He came that same afternoon to do a very thorough inspection of her property, set some traps, made recommendations on how to discourage rodents from re-​entering, and gave detailed instructions on how to safely remove the droppings that were both inside and outside her residence. He was very professional, and spent a great deal of time providing helpful information. His fee was very reasonable. And best of all, the rat was trapped the very same evening. We were very pleased and thankful for the service Greg provided, and would not hesitate to recommend him!

Greg & Becky are a great husband/​wife team. They showed up on time, did a detailed inspection and recommended that I seal a few places in my yard to avoid rodent infestation, though I had called them out for an earwig and black widow infestation. After the inspection, which included my garage, they swept away all the cobwebs, even the ones in the flowerbeds and then sprayed the areas, wrote up precautions n chemical details. Very thorough and professional. Looking forward to the next treatment, since I signed upon their agreement plan!

Greg is a true professional and takes pride in his business. His service is just as the other Unilocalers describe. Very personal, very knowledgeable, and takes his job seriously. Greg helped us eliminate an ant problem at our home and they have not been back since. He also offers a 30 day guarantee where he will come back to treat your home again if the treatment does not work the first time around. Very nice to him to even offer such a service…
He is more reasonable than the larger pest control companies and i enjoyed supporting a local small business. We trust him. That’s probably the most important thing, especially since you must vacate the home before he treats it. Therefore he is alone in your home and he locks the door once he leaves.
Bottom line, for pest control, Greg is the man!

Greg, the exterminator, is extremly knowledgeable and passionate about his work. I explained my brown widow issue and he was very thorough on the treatment of my property. I used him last summer and the spiders disappeared a full year! When I saw a widow egg this past weekend, I called AQ Pest and they came to treat my house soon after.

The other reviews coincide with my experience. Greg gives his observations and gives his recommendation that he can do and other recommendations that I could do on my own to deter and control my pest problems. Although I signed up for monthly maintenance, I did it on my own and didn’t do it under any pressure or scare tactics. He is respectful of our home, is always pleasant and happy to take time to explain things or answer the many questions I usually have. He truly seems to enjoy what he does. From my understanding, he left a bigger company to start his own. I think he’s doing a great job «earning» business and happy to endorse him.

Greg is punctual, professional, and thorough. I started a monthly service to rid our new home of spiders and ants, and so far, after two months, there are no more ants on the property, and the spider population has declined.
