Whether you are suffering from the flu, battling a migraine, exhausted with jet lag, or waking up from a long night of over-indulgence, IV fluid hydration is the quickest way to improve your symptoms preventing you from enjoying your life. You do not need to go to the ER to receive basic IV therapy anymore. Dr. Bales and Dr. Florie administer IV and injection therapies, normally only available in the ER to The Hydration Room in a medical spa environment. IV hydrating therapies are quick, often under thirty minutes depending on your hydration status and needs, formulated to help you achieve your health goals or improve your specific symptoms. Injection therapy is quick and administered in private room by our physicians or nursing staff.
History
Established in 2015.
The Hydration Room is Orange County’s first medical infusion clinic. Our first location opened in Newport Beach in December 2014. Our second location in Laguna Beach opened in August of 2015.
At The Hydration Room we specialize in IV and injection therapies to promote health and leave you feeling refreshed and renewed. The Hydration Room successfully integrates both allopathic and naturopathic medicine to provide the best care for their patients.

Meet Dr. Elizabeth Bales, M.D.
Dr. Bales was born and raised in Southern California. After completing her bachelors degree and medical school at Loyola University in Chicago, she came home to So Cal to complete her residency training in Anesthesiology at USC and in her final year served as Chief Resident. In addition to The Hydration Room, she continues to work at a local hospital in the Orange County area.
Dr. Bales is a Board Certified Anesthesiologist from the American Board of Anesthesiology.
Meet Dr. Brett Florie, D.O., M.D.
Dr. Florie was born and raised in Southern California. After finishing his residency training at USC (also his undergraduate alma mater), he began working at several hospitals and surgery centers in Orange County. With his education in both Osteopathic and Allopathic medicine, he is knowledgeable in the proper integration of traditional and holistic medicine.
Dr. Florie is a Board Certified Anesthesiologist from the American Board of Anesthesiology.
