Steven has represented my family on two occasions. He is incredible and will go above and FAR beyond what you expect of him. It’s no secret the OC housing market is crazy, and we were having a hard time finding a home in our price range. Steven helped us find great home in the Dana Point harbor area and pulled out all the stops to get us into it. He even sent photos that my family took at the harbor (my husband, our baby girl and me) to pull at the sellers heart strings! The sellers had a cash offer and choose us instead as a result of Steven’s hard work.
Now we are moving out of state and have to sell our home, and of course we chose Steven to represent us. We asked for his feedback on how to sell for top dollar and he gave us a few tips on things we could work on. The photos and his listing were superb — we had an offer sight unseen. Our house was in escrow the first day and went for something like $ 70/​sq foot more than any other recent sales in our neighborhood.
The only downside to using Steven? He set the bar too high! He provides a level of service that we will never be able to get with another realtor. We will never be able to find someone like him to help us buy our new home in Texas!

There’s «doing a job» and there’s «going above and beyond»…Steven Abraham definitely follows the later of the two paths. From the moment we signed the sale agreement, to the day we moved into our new house, Steven was there for us. It just so happened that our move-​out day fell on Superbowl Sunday last year, and Steven found out that we were running short of hands (Note to self… don’t ever plan to move on Superbowl Sunday, friends are a rare commodity on these days). Anyway, he stopped by after hosting an open house at our neighbors place, rolled up his sleeves, and pitched in to help us at the point where we needed it the most.
Professional and punctual throughout our listing period, he got us our asking price, closed the deal, and then continued to go above and beyond.
We would recommend Steven Abraham to anyone looking for an experienced, professional realtor that is willing to go above and beyond the call of duty!!!

Steven represented us in the purchase of a home in RSM in November-​December 2012 and the sale of our condo in Irvine in January-​February 2013. My mom was a Realtor for 20 years and she referred us to him after she retired.
On our purchase, our offer was not chosen at first, but we resubmitted when the first one fell through. The seller’s agent was terribly unscrupulous and very difficult to work with, but Steven was professional, knowledgeable, and collected, handling her and representing our best interests well all along the way.
In the sale of our condo, we agreed to a longer escrow, even though we needed it sold quickly because we’d already closed escrow on our new home. When the buyer’s financing was unnecessarily delayed, Steven helped us negotiate a fee for every day they were late in closing.
He was great to work with; I would definitely recommend him!
