RTC Mortgage Corporation is headquartered in Laguna Beach, California. We provide all types of residential mortgage financing in Orange County and throughout California.

RTC Mortgage Corporation is owned and operated by Richard T. Cirelli, a 39-​year veteran of the mortgage industry. Before founding RTC Mortgage Corporation, Rick Cirelli held executive positions at some of the nations top retail and wholesale mortgage companies.

In 2014 our sister company Beach Cities Commercial was founded. Beach Cities provides commercial loans throughout California and other states.
