History

Established in 1998.

In 1998 I started on a personal healing journey to heal my mind, body, & spirit from a lifetime of wear and tear. I embraced this spiritual healing journey with my whole heart and soul. Since then I have become much happier and healthier in my body.

I became a Nutritarian, changed my thoughts, & made life changing transformations my mind, body, and spirit. During this time I have over come a life long struggle with depression, addiction, chronic inflammation, digestive issues, insomnia, chronic and acute pain, energetically released cysts in my breasts through powerful mind body work, & any emotional trauma that came about from my own personal life experiences. And I am proud to say that I have done it all holistically.:)

In the meantime, I have taken what I have learned to help others and it has become my deep passion to help you transform your life as well. Being healthy is truly a commitment to feeding our mind, body, and spirit the nutrients for a healthy and happy life

I have beat the odds on what I was told were hereditary issues & I have proven to myself that when it comes to healing our bodies we can do anything we put our mind to. We can beat the odds and become victorious in our daily lives with a sound mind, body, & spirit. I am actual proof with many success

I use my own life experiences and victories as springboards for growth. The power of our mind to heal our bodies is radical.

Life is good. I eat well, look and feel great in my body, I take yoga four to five times a week, pray daily, and I help others who are ready and willing to overcome their health challenges with a holistic approach using ayurvedic medicine, energy medicine, prayer, and divine intuitive spiritual healing.
