Established in 2001.

In 2001 Richard Zona and Cary Glenn founded Main Beach Realty and have been growing it ever since.

Main Beach Realty is located in the heart of beautiful Laguna Beach.

Meet the Manager

Chad C.

Manager

Chad was born and raised in Orange County, CA. He attended and graduated from UCLA where he had the honor of playing Baseball under Legendary Coach Gary Adams. He was honored to be the Team Captain of the bruin’s baseball team.

After UCLA. Chad lived in Costa Rica for 7 years and has planned and set up countless vacations for people all over the world traveling to Costa Rica seeking out luxury Vacation homes.

During his beginning years living in Costa Rica, Chad began selling Real Estate and managing properties. After setting up many vacations for friends and family to Costa Rica, they began referring various people to utilize his knowledge of the country to help choose the best Vacation Home for the clients needs. Thus in turn Costa​Bello​.com was developed.

Chad now mainly sells Real Estate in Orange County and manages various properties through out Orange County. He has lived in various locations of Orange County and is not limited to only selling Real estate in Laguna Beach.
