We specialize in rare and collectible books from the 16^th century through the early 20^th century. We also to book appraisals and book restoration. At the same location we allso have DVD rentals wit ha large selection of hard to find movies. We have every Academy Award winner from 1929 to the present, as well as a large foreign film selection, classics movies and naturally all of the new releases

History

Established in 1992.

We started out buing inexpensive books from the 1800’s and as we found ones that we liked better we sold the first ones to get better and more expensive books. It snowballed into a thriving business. Three years ago the video store a few blocks away closed and since there was nothing else in the area, we decided to carry DVDs.

Business Owner

Ed has been in the rare book business since 1992 and is the only member in Orange county of the Antiquarian Booksellers Association Of america (ABAA) and The International League Of antiquarian Booksellers (ILAB). He wrote and published a bibliography and price guide of children’s books in 1995 and is authorized to do appraisals of books for insurance purposes, for donations and estates.
