I love this place. From the funky décor to the girls behind the scissors this place is so professional, relaxing and hip.
I have been searching for a new hair stylist for about 5 years and no one, i mean no one felt as comfortable and confident as Donna did with hair color and cutting. I can get a bit adventurous with my hair. At this point, it was bad and needed a desperate make-​over. Donna the owner, has a gift with color and is a wiz with the sciz (sors) — she asked me really good questions so she could understand what I wanted, showed me pictures, compared hair color and knew what i wanted. Love, love, love the cut and color!
Everyone on her team is super nice! Glad I made the initial appointment, as I hear the chorus singing… i’ve found my girl!

Found this place last year after driving to a nearby hair salon that could not accommodate me. I really needed my hair trimmed and decided to just stop there and test my luck… When Joette was done with my hair I knew I would be coming back to her. She is amazing and has a unique gift of styling my thick needle straight hair, I have never had a hair stylist that was able to give me layers, because my hair is so thick, heavy, and straight you cannot see the layers and I had learned to accept it. Til Joette got ahold of my hair, now you can tell I have layers and get so many compliments on my hair. The rest of the people that work there are also amazing and make you feel welcomed.

I went in to see Joette for my first time last month. I didn;t have a good idea of what to do with my hair, but I knew I didn’t like the current color. She suggested a redish-​brown for fall, which was very different than my current blonde highlights, but I LOVE it. The color is rich and shiny. She also did a great cut. The atmosphere is also really fun!

I’ve found my new salon! I’ve been looking for the perfect salon since my stylist retired a few years ago and I’ve found it. I came in today as a walk in. This is a cute little salon and I was greeted right away. Joette took me over to wash my hair and after a nice scrub, sat me down in her chair and gave me the exact cut and style I asked for! She also did a great job waxing me after the cut. All of this for a great price too! I highly recommend this place!

It is so hard to find (and keep) a good beautician! I was so glad that I was referred to Joette at Before & After. After bouncing around to so many different shops and coloring my hair myself, I really needed an overhaul. B&A is a super cute shop, everyone that works in there is so friendly, and I love Joette as my stylist. I wanted something new and different and that is exactly what she gave me. I have also seen the work of the owner (Donna) and she is also equally as fabulous. I would highly suggest B&A. They also do manicures and waxing.
