Jeff’s Tree Service completed an unusually difficult job for us last week — his team removed several large cedar trees that were around our pool. The skilled way they approached it resulted in far less debris in the pool than we expected — they even skimmed the top of the pool when they were done.
Jeff always works alongside his team — something not seen often. We highly recommend Jeff and his company.

Watching Jeff and his crew work was like watching artists. They crafted and crafted, and created something beautiful out of overgrown trees at our home in Lakeway. Once they were done, the cleaned up everything perfectly. Bonus: Jeff’s sweet dog supervised!

his service did a good job, only problem, no city permit to clear the land. the property owner failed to get a permit, jeff’s service did not check on this issue. now the property owner, may not build on lot, and the new eyesore on our street is distasteful as it overlooks the valley/​lake area! unhappy neighbor in lago vista!!!

We called Jeff to give a quote to prune and cut down about a dozen or so tree’s. Jeff took my call, drove by my place and gave me a quote all in the same day. I had him meet me and my wife to go over details and he was very helpful and professional. We scheduled him for the following week amd he and his crew arrived on time and like he promised completed the job in one day, and what an amazing job they did.

Our experience was completely different. A neighbor had a good experience and recommended them. Jeff was on time for the estimate and service, and his crew was great. They worked hard the whole time they were here and did a very thorough job with tree trimming and clearing out debris from our hillside. We feel we got real value for what we spent. It was much less expensive than my niece in Austin has paid for tree service. I’ve already recommended Jeff’s to other neighbors,

SHOWED UP DRUNK AND LATE FOR QUOTE.
WOULD NOT HONOR INSURANCE.
We called Jeff and requested a quote for 3 dangerous trees that were overhanging our roof. Our appointment was originally for 4:00, but he did not even call until 4:30, when he said he would be late and arrive at 5:00pm. He called again and said he couldn’t make it until 7:00, after dark to look at our trees.
When he finally arrived he reeked of alcohol and was obviously intoxicated. In addition, he told us that unless we spent a minimum of $ 500 he would not guarantee his work or honor his insurance policy. The whole reason we called a professional was to obtain insurance since our trees were so close to the house. So he tried to bully us into spending more if we wanted his guarantee and insurance.
Worst of all however, is that he was SOOOO DRUNK he actually forgot he had done our estimate. Jeff called my husband the next morning to see if he had an estimate scheduled with us, or if he had schedule the job. He could NOT even remember coming to our house.
DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN WITH YOUR TREES OR A CHAINSAW.
